The fact people called Butler a bad teammate is beyond belief. If anything, he is the absolute perfect teammate you would want: he is incredibly unselfish and only plays to win. He trusts his teammate, they trust him, and he pushes and motivates all of them. You can really tell that he does an incredible job leading this team. First time in a long time where I have such a strong sense of a team effort here. They really are so cohesive and tight.

He is also humble and lifts his teammates up, especially the ones that go to war with him and try just as hard as he does on and off the court-Bam, Kyle, Strus, Caleb Martin, Gabe, Duncan,Herro (that’s one real first round pick and a bunch of hungry undrafted MFs).

Pay attention to the way players that went into the league, demonstrated the hard work by becoming more than what was expected. Listen to him actually answer questions, not saying YOU KNOW EVERY SENTENCE, cares about how he answers, his long term reputation. Jimmy does well in interviews and he is a class act of professionalism. Once was the third option with the bulls now the man in MIAMI leading.

Damn, top 100? Top 50? Idk man. I'd already put him as top 30 overall. Not many players in this league have that mental tenacity, determination/will, passionate work ethic, and unselfishness like he does. Kobe/MJ/Bron are the only players I can truly think of who fit in a lot of that criteria. He deserves a top 25 spot with what he has worked with over the years and how much impact he has had on the floor as one of the best 2 way players in this league right now.

They probably won't even sniff the playoffs in this competitive environment. If they do make the playoffs, they'll probably lose after the first round or won't even make it to the 2nd round... So many factors and moving parts here to consider. Having a ring doesn't automatically put you in the top X% and it shouldn't. Its a HORRIBLE metric to gauge the thorough potential and impact of a player.

the last team I can remember that was executing this well was the 2014 spurs. This heat team doesn't have the talent of that spurs team but they are playing basketball better than anyone right now.
