If you would of researched your vacation destination you would of found the Smokey Mountains are nothing but mountains. And you wanted it to snow there. For the inexperienced, a scary situation. Glad everything worked out. Raphael is always so calm and laid back. Always an asset.

For someone who isn’t experienced with snow and never been around mountains. It’s definitely scary. And love how Rafael is so calm, someone has to be. But I’ve been to scarier up hill cabins where I was like omg! One wrong move and you’re done. Let alone having snow and it being slippery maybe black ice is definitely scary. It’s not for everyone. And Tennessee is around the smoky mountains, everything is hills and mountains. Don’t give up on your future trips. There are cabins that are not on hills. You don’t need to be in a cabin to see snow. Plenty of other options. But you’ll look back at this trip as a memorable family vacation. Sorry about your tire, that can make any situation hard with snow or no snow!

To tell you the truth…I’m from Michigan and I wouldn’t be messing around in the winter with mountains either. We go through Virginia and West Virginia going to Myrtle beach and driving through those mountains care the poo poo out of me.
