I think when it comes to fish we Northeastern know the best weather it's fried,dried, paste or fermented. Also momo is also made of other meat like pork and beef.

Thesis no such a thing as we Indian love only cooking meat... I am Maratha from Mumbai and I especially like fish Sushi... especially Salmon... in my childhood with my brother we taste Chicken raw meat it is in our mindset what food you love. I am comfortable with both anyway, I have decided to visit Japan this May to try all Japanese best Sushi with Sake.

Either they are run by Japanese, Korean expatriate or Indian chefs in 5 star hotels. Right now Sushi is not very common or affordable food in India. Conveyor Belt Sushi is very rare. 1:34 that's called dabbing, mainly a playful gesture among friends. More of a meme. 😂 2:10 these is really easy, i wish we had such system in India. No need to call anybody. Simply press the button and order food. 4:51 each region is different. People from Western and Southern India living near the sea eat fishes from that area such as shark, squid, crabs, anchovy, salmon, pomfret, mackerel etc. People from Northern and Eastern region don't have direct access to sea and live near mountains and rivers so fresh water fishes are more common like carp, catfish etc. 5:53 Chicken is more common ingredient but you can also find pork or beef stuffed Momo. In Northeast and Eastern India, pork and beef Momo are easily available. 6:43 Japanese ramen in real life looks exactly the same as in anime. 😋 One bowl of Japanese ramen in India are way too costly. Only instant ramen are affordable. 😞 8:16 wow 😲, hot water is readily available. That's so awesome. 💜
