Hello and welcome to Ghost Theory, in this episode we investigate inside a massive abandoned mansion that has been used as a care home, hotel and a school. We go looking for ghosts and answers to the afterlife and actually came across something unexplainable. Elliot decided to walk home and hasn't been seen for days. It's likely he has ended up living in the bushes along the M4 eating nothing but roadkill and drinking nothing but the small bottle of milk his mum always gives him before filming. If anyone has seen him, stay at least 3 metres away and try not to look him in the eyes. He doesn't bite but does have rabies.

Joe and Elliot a great duet, and to tune in each week i never forget ,its spooky dark rooms and cob webs galore but these two just push though it all , down dark cellars and with bats and mice hoping they get a really good fright ,has after all that would make there night , then has they climb those old wobbly stairs hoping security wont be waiting up there , they will crack a joke and laugh out loud so if the security was there he be thinking 'what clowns '', but for us a giggle for the night waiting for them to get out alright :)

Guys, one thing spirit can do when coming close to you is give you the feeling you have walked into a cobweb…..you can try rubbing off your face, but it won’t work. It’s just spirit letting you know they are with you at that moment. I don’t know where that place is, but what a damn shame it’s being left to fall to bit, when so many would give their eye teeth to live there. That stair case,,landing,ceiling plaster and chandelier are fantastic! Then that library( and your right Joe..I’m not impressed to see all those books just left on the floor.) why oh why can’t someone rich buy it up and restore the damage before it gets worse!?? Great responses guys…shame you didn’t get chance to research any names of those who perhaps passed away there, then you could have called actual names out, but you got activity! I bet they were attracted by your gales of giggly laughter! 😂 so may have come to inspect! Good work as always! 👏👏👏👏👩‍🦳👍🌹😘😘🫶xxxx

Once a home, where a family stayed, where life was joyous, and memories made, now sits abandoned, all silence and shade, a haunting oasis, beautifully decayed. Enter our heroes, both brave and leary, "is anyone here?" they ask rather dearly. The house whispers back to respond to their query...and we're left to ponder the depth of Ghost Theory. 26:50 - I swear you guys almost had a line of communique there. And the cobweb feeling, I know you guys have to know what that indicates. 27:30 - Is that a hum/moan or was that one of your stomachs? The rythmic knocking at the end was pretty crazy. Definitely have to wear headphones while watching your episodes. This may sound stupid, but have you guys ever considered using a doctors stethoscope or a mechanics stethoscope against the walls/doors while you're asking for communication? Even a cup against the wall.

With all of experience between the two of you, I was surprised you didn't know that cobwebs and feathers running across your face was spirit touching you. So glad there were no scratch marks, but Joe said his face felt itchy several times. Have you ever tried or considered bringing children's toys to investigation? Little trucks or cars, dolls and balls. They have to sparkly or shiny. Great episode guys, fantastic location!

Its said that a cobweb or feather feelings on your face is a spirit touching you. The door did close a bit from when Elliot checked the other side of the shutters and when you looked to see if someone ran out. Pretty awesome episode. Beautiful building . Poem: In England's misty hills they roamed, Two Brits with humor brightly honed. With gadgets odd and spirits brave, Ghost hunters, quirky, in the grave. Joe, with monocle perched just so, Declared, "We'll find those ghosts, you know!" While Elliot, sipping tea with glee, Said, "Quite right, old chap, come with me!" Their journey started in a manor grand, With creaking floors and shadows fanned. Joe whispered, "Spooky, but no fear," Then tripped on a rug, landing on his rear. Elliot chuckled, offering a hand, But Joe, with dignity, did stand. "We must press on, the ghosts await," While Elliot snickered, tempting fate. Through corridors they wandered deep, Where ghostly whispers seemed to creep. Joe cried out, "I sense a presence near!"Elliot quipped, "Perhaps it's just your fear." With EMF meters and cameras bright, They searched each room well into the night. But all they found were drafts and mice, And Elliot’s snoring, oh so nice. At last, defeated, they retired to bed, With dreams of specters in their head. But come the dawn, with cups of tea, They laughed at their ghostly spree. For whether spirits lingered nigh, Or merely tales to mystify, In their hearts, the truth was clear: The greatest haunt was laughter near.

The interiors are wonderfully appointed as to wall papers, the marvelous detailed plaster-work frieze and panel as well as ceiling designs, plus the accompanying finish wood trim is also lovely & well done. A testament to the craftsmanship of several hundred years ago. Glad you were able to see this place before it no longer exists .. .

Wow what another great episode guys! Just wanted to say this one is most defiantly paranormal!! Those knocks were clearly something communicating with you. As for the door I caught that & stopped the video to comment then when I went back Elliott brought it up. Elliott is 100% correct. So @ 55:56 the door is open completely then @ 57:28 when you both go back out to see what the hell the door is half closed. Im sorry but that door looked like it was too hard to move it's self by weight shifting in the house or wind. Someone or something moved that door when we heard the footsteps & the squeak of a door. As though someone left

Hi Guys! Another active place! You received a lot of good, direct responses! This week I heard: 12:56 "Why now? Why not leave 'em open?" Male whisper right after Joe says: " -- door.". You can hear " 'em open" the loudest/best. 13:01 "No." Male whispering again, answering Elliot's asking: "Are there any Spirits here?". 14:04 "Buy why?" Very light female whisper, after Joe says: "Come speak to us if you can!" 15:06 "I've been held up." Female again, right after Elliott says: " -- wherever you are.". 16:30 "Phhht! Uh-uh!" Elliot is by the fireplace, demonstrating what he heard. Spirit disagrees! 16:44 "I need help! Please help with me!" Barely able to hear this one. Very, very light whisper. 17:29 "You need to get out!" Deep male voice, sounds like a growl. Right before Joe says: "Can you -- ". 19:02 "Help!" Male whisper, very light. And then at 19:04 "Help us!". 19:20 "Get out of this house! Now!" Same male, whispering "underneath" the sound of the guys walking. Why do I get the impression that this was a butler? 22:35 "Help!" Same female as earlier, right after Joe says: " -- door.". 30:25 "Oh really? Huh." Male whisper after Joe says the floors are "really dodgy." 30:41 "Don't get hurt!" Male whisper, to Elliot, as he is about to walk on the dodgy floor. 32:58 "That's not the good beer!" This, as Joe is opening the staircase door. 33:33 "Get back!" Male whisper as Elliott is climbing the stairs. 38:25 "Fuck it!" Male whisper after Joe says: " -- out of me!". 56:21 "Shut the fuck up!" Same female whsipering. This is the "sshhhtt!" sound that Elliot heard. OK, I'm going to stop here. If you want to hear the voices, put on headphones and turn your volume up really high. Enjoy!

One thing about the paranormal, you can never really be sure if what you're hearing is the real deal. What I'm getting is IF there was anything there, it wasn't intelligent. If anything, more than likely it was residual hence why nothing was really done on command. Still a beautiful place. Absolutely love this investigation and the house is amazing, I believe at 20:24 to 20:25 when you asked the question did you just throw something you got a response and it sounded like it said Move About I believe but I could be wrong but I listened to it quite a few times….. back to watching the video!!!!
