We set of the find this abandoned house which was completely hidden from the outside world. It has been empty for many years and strangely still have everything left from the previous owner. As the evening went on and it started to get darker, we started hearing strange noises which may of been animals, or possibly something els?....

There are laws in the United States that let people set claim to abandon properties at little or no cost at all,with all of the possessions inside. I tried to add the link, but I could not so you’ll have to Google Cornell University on abandon houses, and getting possession of. I’m not even sure if the same laws apply in the UK but definitely worth checking into. I just LOVE you videos! I find the material fascinating! You’ll probably see quite a few messages from me because I have been binge watching all week!!!

I really don't understand why people have to trash and vandalise things and property. Awesome explore as always, there is so much stuff in there, it's such a shame to see it going to waste. I love the respect you show at all times, not all explorers do. Definitely go back , but please be careful 🙏🙂

So sad that people have trashed the place. I wonder if the owner has gone into a care home but has been back to find the place trashed ? Would say there must be animals living in there as it’s so open . Will be watching if you go back. Really enjoy your style so respectful and calm 😁😁

I would like to see you both return for a Halloween explore although the note on the window is a bit concerning. Maybe one of the owners is still living, possibly in a care home and is heartbroken their home has been broken into and trashed 😔

That was a beautiful house once. Too bad it's been so neglected. I love old houses, I don't find them creepy at all. The location is great too, far away from people! Thanks for sharing it with us.

In relation to the Electricity, if someone who lived alone with no friends or family died there is nobody to put their affairs in order. Chances are the bills are still being paid automatically from any savings that they had by Direct Debit and will continue to do so until the money runs out. Very Sad, but it happens more often than you think.

There was a case in America where the homeowner died, bills paid automatically and it took years for the accounts to fail due to lack of funds and the body to be found

Another great explore. It's amazing that people seem to just walkaway from a home/house and left all their belongings. Sometimes I've found myself hearing noises and whispered voices exploring. Not too sure it's real or my imagination. The note is reason enough for a Halloween visit. Cheers 👊👍✌

The butterfly at 18:10 is a Peacock Butterfly. Also the white machine next to the sofa at 24:37 is an expensive Ebac 3850e dehumidifier which were first produced in 2014...this may help you to roughly work out when this place was abandoned.

Sad, but definitely interesting! The Yardley English Lavender powder bottle looked like 1950's or a little before. My Mom & Grandma loved the stuff! 30:52 more knocking noises, I think "they" were trying to get your attention!👻

Personally I think you should heed the warning in the window and DON'T GO BACK! Ghosts notwithstanding, you never know what you're likely to meet - possibly a farmer with a shotgun - and at any rate that place looks as if it's about ready to fall down. Imagine getting panicked and crashing through the floor. In the dark.

I always think the same thing "aren't there any children that want to keep their mothers stuff? What happened to the people who lived here? Any friends that know anything?" it seems like we'll be get the answers to some of these mysteries. Sad, because we yearn to know what we won't be able to.

Omg Colin that is a strange creepy old place.Maybe an Mp or teacher lived there at one time.Id imagine as there's lots of open places that there's rodents in there.My mum has recently had squirrels at hers and they've made a heck of a noise.If you do go back there stay safe!xx

@24.14, Primus type camping stove, funny enough i've got 2 of them & they still work, that bowl half way up the neck you put meths in to pre heat the head (which part of it is missing) & once the paraffin vaporises you pump it up by that pump handle on the right & to switch it off you unscrew the top off the one almost facing you to relieve the pressure

It’s sad to see this old house in such a state and with all the contents left behind. Why, oh why do people trash places like this which are full of the remnants of people’s lives ? So disrespectful. If the power is on, someone must be paying the bill. That’s strange.It seems that someone must be keeping an eye on this house, even though nature is taking it over.The burner you found in the cellar , was an old Primus stove. I think that this house is ripe for a paranormal investigation.I wouldn’t need laxatives, going in there! The note seems like some sort of warning and I don’t think it’s been there long. A Halloween visit would be interesting. A great explore though, guys.

Alot of these old houses used to have nanny quarters fully kitted out with bathroom and kitchen facilities. Alot of older people have been known to move into them as its cheaper to heat a small area and let the rest of the house fall apart around them. So yes there could possibly be an old lady living threre still.

@30:19 you can hear something. Sounds like saying woo-hoo.. is it a bird far off? Sounds kind of like a Hoot owl we have here in Vermont. They are loud and are nocturnal so they are really spooky. Especially here where I live, next to an old cemetery.

It’s such a shame that this place has been ransacked and everything left like that. So much stuff. If only the walls could speak. I know that you’re not supposed to take anything but you should have kept that newspaper. Anyway. Very sad that a family once lived there a long long time ago. Thankyou a very interesting video. 😢

@10:13 you reach the top of the stairs and after commenting on the books you pan right @10:21 and look down the landing. On the floor infront of you is what looks like a blue tin with a white label. Later @31:08 you go back up stairs after hearing a noise, again at the top of the stairs you pan right @ 31:24 and that blue tin is in a different position this time.

Well someones direct debit is still active, hedge trimmer inside understandable. Its not Halloween yet, you hear noises. The door is padlocked from the inside, if there was no other way in I'd consider that cause for concern. Great find thanks.

At the end of the video when you scanned the outside of the house, there is an attic window so maybe someone was up there? Unlikely, but had a vibe of someone being there recently
