Congrats, u have the best 2022 audax youtube video. Bcoz it shows the raw challenges of a long ride event. I just want to address your tire flats which happened to me also. My experience was that the cause of my recurring flats was a small very sharp object that imbeded itself in the tire and stayed there. Even if you replace the interior with a new one, the problem remained. In your case 5 flats. Try again next year!

After removing the punctured tube, be careful when you check for the embedded sharp fragment which can prick your finger. I also noticed how you pumped your tire. It is easier if the valve is at the top so you don’t need to bend too much. Hope this helps.

yung 1st 50kms habang fresh pa sumabay kayo sa mga mamaw mag pa drafting, pag tapos nun yung 150 kms, ride at your own pace na meron na kayong pondo na time laruin nyo na lang yun hanggang makarating sa finish line

Good day, Sir! Naranasan ko na din yan Sir, may panghigpit sa pito ng interior (nabibili sa mga bike shops), may time na lumuluwag yan. Malamang din Sir, embedded pa sa tire ung bubog/tusok kaya naflat uli. Itsek lang ung tapat ng butas ng interior sa tire bago palitan at bombahan. Pinakamahalaga Sir, safe at walang incident na nangyari, marami pang Audax na darating. GOD Bless! Ingat kayo palagi!

Next audax ulit mga tito! Ok lang yan solid na experience para sa inyo. Also kung removable valve core yung inner tube mo don't forget to bring the valce core spanner para mahigpitan yung valve core. Bring a bigger pump and co2 na din, patch kits and 2 extra interiors and bring food na small bite to fuel yourself along the road lalo na kung may mga ahon tapos mainit. And always hydrate to replenish your electrolytes. Abangan ko ang next Audax nyo sa Batangas! Ride safe mga tito!

Tito Gene Nangyari din sakin yung maflat ng ilang ulit kasi di ko agad nakita yung mallit pa sa staple wire na naiwan sa tire mismo, so kahit ilang palit ng interior eh flat pa rin, siguro next time pwedeng magbaon ka na din ng extra tire kung foldable naman ang gamit mo, suggestion lang naman.. Parang ganun na nga nangyari siguro, pero 2 naman na kami nun manong vulcanize naghahanap ng bubog or staple wire. Wala naman kami nakita hehe, baka yun compatibility rin ng rims and tires. Baka masyadong malapad yun tires . Hindi sila compatible kaya may nakakalusot na debris in between causing flats. Hehe anyway thank you for always watching:)

Bawi nxt time mga tito. For sure may naipit na stapler or bubog sa gulong kaya kahit anong vulcanize ng interior laging butas. Always check it everytime magpalit ng interior. Ride safe!

Tito Gene - Ayos lang yan. Nangyayari ang DNF ma pa baguhan o bihasa. Part of the game. Suggestion lang kung ok lang: regarding dun sa una mong flat na natatanggal yung pito (aka valve core) - wag ka gagamit ng tube na may removable valve core. Sakit talaga ng ganyang tube na matanggal yung valve core kapag yung pump connector mo ay de roskas or mahigpit kapit. Good luck sa inyong lahat mga Tito idols! Cheering for you all! Still a good ride TIto Gene. Wag magpalit ng gulong or any major component the day before the ride, merong break in period yan. Second, try going tubeless.

Kng matigas nde mo kaya 100 sa rear kahit 90 front 80-85, tapos dala ka CO2 no need to pump mabilis un no need to pump👍
