You guys should watch Kabaneri Of the Iron Fortress!! It's similar to Attack On Titan in the way that it's an apocalypse and there's different walls that people live in. However, there isn't titans, instead there's "kabane" which are basically zombies. The main character is also similar to Eren, like he's got his priorities straight and risks his life a lot to save his friends. (he's also half kabene/zombie like how Eren his half titan.)

Linked Horizon with Revo as the lead singer are the ones who gave us those magical mighty openings These guys are straight up amazing they made the whole soundtrack of Bravely Default

Its highly doubtful that EREN seen the ending when he touched historias hand. But more believeable that he would see those memories during the time he spent with Her at the Orphanage. I highly doubt he seen the entire ending though because In that moment all EREN seen was himself commanding his father to stand up and nothing else. Eren doesnt know how he got there and doesnt even know ZEKE was in the cave with him either since future Eren deliberately avoids looking at him the entire time. Go rewatch 4x20 ending and youll notice it too. Zeke speaks to Eren but eren NEVER glances at him. I believe future Eren just found out how to send memories to Grisha since he did it while grisha was napping in the basement and now in the cave Eren didnt want to risk looking at ZEKE and accidentally sending that to Grisha which would make Grisha emotional again. All Eren knew was he could survive everything leading up to the moment he gets to the cave with Grisha which is why he is so low regard and careless during the Marley fight. So going forward you just gotta know that Eren does not know about the Rumbling just from touching Historias hand. He learns about that stuff later though.
