Hey there, thanks for checking the Stacked Golf KZfaq channel! We’re Jon and Ashley, a husband and wife team of amateur golfers looking to share our love of the game with our viewers. Our goal is to inspire more golfers along with people who have never played before to get out on the golf course and have fun regardless of their age, budget, or skill level.
We find all kinds of golf deals at garage sales, thrift store, flea markets, auctions, online marketplaces, and more to show that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to start playing golf or upgrade your current golf bag. Along with our thrifting adventures, we specialize in reviewing the cheapest golf gear, gimmick clubs, As Seen On TV golf clubs, crazy training aids, and more to see if they are worth checking out to improve your golf game. You will also find course vlogs, golf challenges, and budget golf course reviews from our travels. We both love the game of golf and want to share our adventures with you.
Here’s a little about us: While most kids were watching cartoons, Jon was studying the Golf Channel to learn how to play and improve his golf game. He spent most of his childhood on the golf course and loves trying out new golf clubs and gear. Jon also loves to fish and kayak. If he could he would spend all his time on the golf course or catching giant bass.
Ashley is a beginner golfer with no athletic background whatsoever before attempting to pick up the game of golf. Her unnatural ability to read the green has made her a great putter but the rest of the game is still a work in progress and we hope you enjoy watching her improve on the channel. She is also known for finding incredible deals and unique finds both online and at thrift stores and garage sales. Along with golfing and budget shopping she also enjoys trying out and creating new recipes and using Jon as her taste testing guinea pig.

Nice finds....those Cobalt Blue Pyrex pie plates and the casserole dish were awesome Ash! I would have snapped them up too! You can't turn down vintage Pyrex!! ( I do all the cooking in our house. I should have been a chef...as I was cooking our family meals by the time I was 13 years old! It shows too..I was 6'6" and 275 lbs. by the time I was 15 years old! ) Oh...John's golf club finds were cool too.

I own one of those sam snead butterknife putters! its super cool because the head is connected to the shaft well enough for you to hit it without breaking it! i hit it about 170 yards off a tee

At 4:53 those are Wilson X-31s. Back in the day those cost more than their Wilson Staff models. Very good clubs. Those were my very first set of irons

Neighbors gave me a whole set of Titleist dci 990s they had in their shed left by the previous people. Only thing missing is the 9 iron. Haven’t used them yet.

I think it’s because us Americans are just generally more wasteful and people here always want the newest and the coolest , so the used market is over saturated so you can get really good deals if you look in the right places like they do

@@tjericson2414 Yh the brits are normally more frugal haha but our thrift shops look up the prices of things, they would never sell them for £2 each even carboot/junk sales 90% of people know what their stuff is worth makes it hard to start the game with a decent set

@@Mikadog23 true. I also think here in the USA most people don't think to buy used clubs. When I stared playing I just went to one of the big stores and bought a new set (like an idiot). I don't think I ever bought a used club until after playing for 10 years. We have a bunch of sporting goods places so that's where people go, nobody thinks about tracking down used sets I think.
