I appreciate your respectfulness to the Police. Somebody called them and they had no choice but to interrupt you. Some people are ridiculously inappropriate with authorities nowadays, to the extent that it's refreshing to see someone who has a good and honorable attitude. 🙂

Peugeot van with private plate has been off the road since November 2020. Plate would be worth a lot more than the vehicle.

The BMW isn’t a Y Reg. it’s YS56 so 2006 registration. Last MOT expired end 2022 so been unused for around eighteen months.

Hi Colin well another great video with police interceptor action as added bonus LOL!! What a mess that house was in I find it really hard to understand how people can live like that.But also very sad,those tools you were looking at in the loo were engineers work tools.I used to use the same ones in my engineering days.Great commentary Colin under very bad conditions.Same you were cut short but at least you guys were not locked up. A disabled lady hoarders when her husband was embarrassed about letting people into the house, when he was end of life he asked me to help his wife, Ambulance crews and doctor's kept on telling her to sort out things as she was a very heavy lady. I sorted out the house, when she died 2019. It was up to her half sister to clear things out

Hi Colin, I think that’s one of the worst freezes I’ve ever seen in an abandoned house. There was a key lying to the right of the locked door might have opened it.

I am surprised that the council never got him to sort out the mess outside when he was alive. I live in Cumbria & a village has a house that was like that & the council told the owner to clear it up. He also had sheep walking around over the mess. The house roof had holes in

The bmw is sorn, mot expired 21st December 2022 it’s a diesel engine , registered 2006 and manufactured in 2006. Great explore Collin x

There was some serious hoarding going on in that house. One of the worst I've seen and the fridge 🤢. In the time you were able to film you captured some very nice items. Thanks for sharing.

VacantHaven did this in the daylight so didn’t get the police but got a great video I watched it the other day. They did it just before you as they left the big Chinese vases on the bonnet /engine of the camper van as they were on the floor were people would have stood on them which would of end up with them being broken. In fact a few things they lifted up off the floor to stop other KZfaqrs from walking on them.

The BMW is actually a 56 plate and not a Y Reg - Also the tax was 2014, I like how you managed to read the milage of the camper from the back tho - Still love watching your videos
