Sometimes depending on what lore a game or show uses will determine what the werewolf might look like. They might look what people might think is the more “traditional“ werewolf and in other cases you might have a more gangly Wendigo looking creature. These look closer to what Harry Potter werewolves look like.

I don't think it's a werewolf not at all- but definitely a lycanthropy. The thing with werewolves is that they are people who can change into a full wolf, lycanrhropy is a curse placed on somebody in which they change into a human like beast (wolf) but have more human like features instead of becoming a full wolf. A person who also has lycanthropy has the ability to scratch someone and turned them into a Lycanthropy aswell, thus my reasoning for thinking that instead of werewolves their Lycanthropy. Look up "Lycanthropy" if you need too you'll see what I'm talking about 👍

I find it super funny that Jay is wearing a shirt that says “wolves” while playing a game about werewolves lmao

Though they don't look exactly like werewolves, they could be a form of a lycanthrope. Lycanthrope can come in many different forms with werewolf being the most common type. This does seem like werewolves going by their looks but a much less beastly and hairy appearance (but they have the build which is weird). Similar to lycans in resident evil 8 village, though they are hairier. The quarry lycans honestly look like strigoi vampires if not for the legs. Also there's probably 4 werewolves. Max on the island, Chris who not sure has a similar look or could be more beastly, Nick, and possibly Chris' son since his daughter was a werewolf and lycans can spread their lycanthropy to their offspring. The son may be the one in the cage, since Nick transformed and escaped at around the same time Jacob was caught.

Jay, I want to say that watching you play this game really brightens my mood. It's a refreshing game and it always feels so comforting with you like watching a good movie with family or best friend! I will miss it when it's over! That being said, a little thought crossed my mind about the game. It could be a potential spoiler if it's to be true or it may be something obvious so read the rest at your own risk. Remember that show poster which we keep finding around? In this episode when you get into the computer and listen the recording they were talking about a fire incident. There was also a newspaper clip about it next to the missing hikers one.( Also the burnt badge.) They talked about the show's leading lady and her baby. She is obviously the Hag of Hackett's Quarry. Now, remember when Travis and Chris was talking, Travis said that they all could be in prison. That got me thinking what if they were the ones involved with the fire incident, that they might have caused it somehow? From the start, it seemed like they were trying hard to stop the stories and rumors about the Hag of Hackett's Quarry. Remember the hag keeps whispering to "kill them all" that they were the cause of it all. I think she was talking about the Hacketts. The whole werewolf thing might be a curse (pay attention they didn't mention it as some sort of disease but as a curse) she had put upon them as a revenge since they seemed to have gotten away with the fire incident so that they would kill each other? If you remember at the end of the previous episode the lady said that "One is down" , she could be talking about Chris' daughter who was shot. I also found it a bit weird that Travis gave the info of how to lift the curse to Laura and Max while he knows it was his brother who bit Max. I initially thought that he locked em up to protect them from getting themselves into more mess but I'm not too sure as of now.
