Are what you call china's and cod not good to eat? In south Florida we don't have anything that looks like a China, but what you call a cod looks like a Goliath grouper (which are a protected species) and it looks similar to what we call a gag grouper. Both are delicious ...but you seem to throw them both back all the time?? Just curious. The fish that you seem to keep alot of ( nannies? Spanglies? and reds?) look alot like what we call snapper ( mutton, red and mangrove snapper) which are all delicious too! Anyway, love your channel and your awesome way of life ...cheers mate!
