Btw the camera sliding to the side in the beginning was a ghostly tall figure making the camera move that spawns when you have low sleep and chases you after some time.

There’s something about the fact that first contact is “thats my Uber” which seems incredibly accurate. Like if we meet real aliens, they’re just as boring as the rest of us, but with the added bonus of having a spaceship to waste time on.
