Thanks for visiting Sirla Prabhupada's birthplace. In someways you have done great service the highlight the bad condition of this historically prominent place. ISKCON should take it upon themselves to acquire these properties and make them like very nice memorial. Many million devotees will be interested to come and visit. Right now the places are quite shabby with utter neglect. It is so nice to see the Jackfruit tree that has grown up so big. Hope ISKCON authorities see this post and take positive action. I saw this video a year back and today when we were heading towards Prabhupada's birthplace, this temple just caught my attention and I then remembered your video. We entered into the temple and got darshan of the deity Sri Sri Radha Madanmohan and Sri Sri Radha Govind (They are just by the right side of Radha Madanmohan deity). I was feeling very touched while thinking Srila Prabhupada used to visit this temple in his childhood. Once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH

To any and all Indians watching this. Srila Prabhupada was a visionary saint. This place and this tree should’ve been known all across India. This holy site should’ve had a museum in his name, and be made accessible to everyone across the world who would like to know more about his life. But alas, the central and West Bengal governments have let it rot this way. I feel ashamed that we as a nation have no value for our own heritage.
