Over the last couple months our team of elders, leaders I. Our church family, and I (Wade) have been discussing how we can equip those called to ministry as well as, provide an opportunity to share the everyday ministry load with someone🧐

This led us to start taking with Tyler Mann (who feels called to serve the Church in this way). After much prayer and talking to Tyler and those serving in ministry at EC, we decided to offer him a place on our staff (one day a week) as he helps us continue to reach, disciple, & deploy people.

With that said, Tyler is joining the EC Staff for the next 5 months 👏👏 WHOOHOO!

His involvement will consist of him entering into an apprenticeship style environment (learning and practicing pastoral rhythms) as well as him helping and sharing the responsibilities of the staff.

We’re excited about this NEW step for EC, and see it as another way to equip, disciple, and deploy God’s people for the sake of His Name!❤️
