if you have space in water barrels they can collect fresh water when it rains if you don't have sea water stored in them.

Why do you sleep through the night? The only benefit to sleeping is health regen, but if you don't have low health it just wastes whatever food you've eaten. Also you can switch through your storage chests while using the workbench so you don't have to run back and forth to gather materials. So glad you discovered the water pump upgrades, I never even thought of checking to see if they could be upgraded!

there should be a new battery blueprint which you might have to find in the sports area. which work well with solar panels to store extra power if you have multiple of both.

I think you can compress biomass into planks if I’m not misremembering 🤔 All you need now is a farming bot and your food is pretty much automated 👍

many of the trees that give planks can be moved and will grow back over time. same with many of the brushes that give biomass can be moved and will regrow over time.

there is honestly enough raw food spread around the various rooftops which regrows overtime. where you don't really need to plant seeds in farms plots or fish that often for materials.

I think the circular saw is an area of the new update. We just got explore break everything down and I think you’ll find it eventually.

There are a couple of tools you get teased about but can't build, so they'll come in the next patch. No idea what the names are though but it's pretty obvious when you can't progress into a certain area for lack of them.

shame the engineer bot can't refill sprinkler if you have fresh water in storage. even if it requires the water to be in bottles instead of barrels or pump.
