My Kyon was supposed to be 50/50 German Shephard/Siberian Husky. The Wisdom Panel came back he was 50% GS/25%SH/25%Herding Group. This meant his Dad was not full SH, something my friend was surprised about but the pup she kept also came back with the same results from WP. I did Embark on him and it turns out that one of Kyon's great-grandparents was a Shepsky (50/50). So his DNA results with Embark came back 58.8%GS/42.2%SH. He looks like a GS but has the SH attitude/stubborness and he loves to howl and talk back to us. Wouldn't trade him for the world!

This was a cool video!!! And I figured they would both be 100%. I know I said 100% Agouti Siberian Husky for Kakoa, but I forgot Agouti is coloring, not a specific breed of husky. Y’all knew what I meant! I think it’s really awesome how that can catch genetic conditions! Genetics are so cool!

Im thankful for this video. I have a half wolf/half husky.. 12 years old last year he developed much pain in his spine. We thought we were gonna have to put him down. Our Vet took care of him during the 1st few days and when he came home we were very careful with him. He cant jump like he used to but after a few months he learned how to deal with the pain! He is still happy and as healthy as we can help him to be! But It was good to hear your result about the Spine. I had no clue about that at all!! Although I hope your Kakao does not have the same happen!! Blessings on your sweet family. I LOVE all your videos!! Yall are PRECIOUS!! 🐾💙🐾

So fun to discover your channel. We have a fabulous dog named Lucy that could be Kakoa's twin, except Lu has brown eyes and is larger. She also has the spinal characteristic, but at ten years old she's still healthy and active without problems. Food motivated is so right! (though we've not tried bananas...how about brussels sprouts? Lucy loves them!) We also have a chinook with one blue eye who's a bit of a food psycho (don't get near her around it). I always thought both of them had some border collie because they naturally want to round things up (as well as pull me like a sled when we're walking). We got both from college kids, so don't know their origins. This is a late comment, but in case you're reading, ya'll are adorable!
