VIP, not really, but we felt that way because we had an entire luxury Thailand resort to ourselves. It was an amazing 3 day stretch at the Nirvana Beach Resort and Spa on the island Koh Lanta. Unfortunately the island was empty but it had all the makings of a nice relaxing stay in the most private of settings.
My name is Brian but everyone calls me Greeny. I retired in January of 2020 after working 30 years in my field. I didn’t want to work so long that I would be too old to enjoy my retirement. After living in Michigan my whole life I decided I wanted to retire somewhere warm, somewhere exotic. I sampled a ton of places in the Caribbean, Panama, Colombia, Turkey but set my sights on Thailand. I spent most of the winter of 2020 exploring Thailand then ......you know what happened. IT!!!
So I had to catch one of the last flights and come home. Now I’m back.
Why am I making videos? I need a hobby. I feel if I don’t do anything creative my mind may melt. I can also easily go back and reminisce by watching the videos. If anyone else enjoys them then that is a plus.

Wow Greeny , what a great place, really nice room too. These places are good to give you a quiet break from Pattaya for example. I liked that inappropriate behavior from Fai🤣🤣 That breakfast looked good and of course what a divine view🌟

Beautiful hotel. Definitely enjoy it before the massive crowds return! Sorry, I couldn't do soup of any sort for breakfast. American breakfast or even a hamburger yes. A breakfast burrito is even better! 😋

A lot. The owner a middle aged Thai lady. Mid 40s I’m guessing. Maybe some wealthy investors involved? The have dumped a lot of money into it.

As a hotelier here in Thailand, I can say we’re just a bit sick and tired of these,“look what I’ve got for nothing.” videos. People wanting rooms for less than half price, “but it’s covid” we hear everyday as we starve. Can’t wait for things to open and flush all the cheapskates out.

Good to hear from you. I understand that from you’re point of view. When I booked the hotel I did it on their website. No special discount. Paid the asking price and had no clue we would be the only ones there. The owner was happy I was doing a vid to promote the hotel. I do at all the ones I stay if I like it. The vid was really a hotel tour. As a KZfaqr we have to make titles that we think people will click on. I would love to make a video at your place if you like. Where is it?

Does FAI contribute to the spending ? You seem to be spending tons of cash on a great lifestyle and I hope you don’t carry 100% of the expenses just by yourself. Pleasure to see your adventures, you seem like a real mensch, try to put one bun in the oven for your posterity, time flies, leave a print if that’s what you want

So if you don't mind me asking, as you're at 3500 subscribers, how much $$ per month can you receive? I know you're not doing it for money, as it's your hobby, but I wonder if it can supplement someone with a fixed income?

Subscribers don’t really matter as much as the views per video. I know people who have way more but less views. I think I’m at around $325 a month. It all goes to Fai though so watch more. She likes ordering things online everyday so she can buy more
