That’s right! We are at one of our favorite places to eat in Pigeon Forge and it is top rated for a reason! We are at the Old Mill Pottery House Cafe and Grille!
Doing something different today! We are having lunch in an igloo! Yes! An igloo is correct! These can be reserved by calling the restaurant but they are only available from the end of December until Valentines Day. There is a $25 charge to reserve the igloo.

Yes me and my wife both love pottery. My mom loved pottery. She got me to liking it. She's gone now passed away so when I see anything she liked like pottery I think of her and the memory of her. She also liked the outdoors and wildlife. She really like birds and squirrels and she got a real enjoyment out of feeding the wildlife in her backyard.

I won't even try a chicken liver, lol. However, my sweet Mom who is in Heaven absolutely loved them!! I thought of her as soon as you said chicken livers. She was an excellent cook, and she was known at church for her chicken livers she would take to church potluck lunches. 😊

My husband and I love watching you both. We love the history we get about the places. We live in South Carolina. We are going to visit these places some day soon. We absolutely adore you guys and your videos. This one was so “cool” when I first saw it I thought no was could I do that since I’m so claustrophobic but after watching for a few moments I think I could since the door was open and some windows also. Brooks I LOVE me some chicken 🐓 livers as well and those looked so yummy. Actually everything looked great. Those breads and desserts were amazing looking. Absolutely love this video... such a great place to eat and the Igloo was a plus... your choosing of the food was my favorites, love chicken livers and french onion soup so that would definitely be my choice. We are coming to the smokies in April for our 46 th anniversary and will for sure eat there.. so funny we had an older couple that lived across the street from us and their names were Sam and Patty so we loved saying their names together and they would always laugh and smile... thanks for taking us along on your food review.. Love chicken livers as long as they aren't hard. I make them occasionally but the sweet husband won't eat them. Won't even try! When growing we got our hands slapped a lot. We'd snatch them up about as fast as mom would get a batch fried up. Good memory for me. 😊 Love french onion soup as well! Igloo was very cool! Love y'all! ❤

My little great granddaughter stayed with me a couple of nights and I asked her what she would like for supper and gave her 3 choices. One of those choices was salmon cakes, he eyes lit up and she was all over the salmon cakes, so I am thinking good supper planned. About an hour later she looked up at me serious as could be and asked, "Gammy, do you have Vanilla or Chocolate ice cream to go with the salmon cakes?" I got so tickled at the question and bless her heart she was looking for cake!😊 I tried several different ways to explain it but all she could see was a big old cake. Needless to say we didn't have salmon cakes. Gotta love our babies.😊

I absolutely love pottery. I have a few small pieces from there and the area. Unfortunately we haven’t eaten there bc my hubby has celiac disease and has to eat gluten free. I don’t know if they accommodate people with dietary restrictions. That’s an idea for y’all to consider maybe including in your dining reviews. We have a few places there in the Smokies that we can dine at but we would be so excited to find new places! The food looked delicious!

We had a place that we reviewed a while back called Bear Cub Cafe. They were perfect for people with gluten free needs. They have closed down but hope to reopen in a new location in the spring. Gluten free and vegan options we try to point out when available for sure 😊. We thank you so much for watching!

This is my favorite place for lunch in the area. I just said to my husband the other day that i was wondering if you guys liked the pottery house restaurant. The igloos are really cool. Quiche wasn’t bad either and the fresh fruit. She made that comment because I have a health condition where livers are usually hard on my body. Just that many people don’t know that. That’s all it was
