Don’t you worry your pretty little head! For nearly a thousand shifts, the young cop will be paired off with an FTO (Field Training Officer). He’ll need the FTO to sign off on his training… something that’ll never happen if the young cop snitches on their FTO, or anyone else wearing a Thin Blue Line and Union Jack patch. Essentially, every trainee cop must follow the path of a bad cop, or they’ll never become a cop. Trainees all justify unlawful conduct, by convincing themselves that the only way to make positive change is to successfully complete the in-field training, and becoming a constable. However, by that time it’s already too late, as the trainee, and FTO, have more than enough dirt on each other, that they’d both be terminated, if any of it was reported. Yes, very much like M.A.D. (mutually assured destruction). Legislation can fix this problem by making individual cops legally, & financially responsible for their actions, like the rest of us. ALL COPS ARE BAD COPS, BECAUSE THE SYSTEM IS DESIGNED IN SUCH A MANNER, THAT ONLY BAD TRAINEES BECOME PC’s!

Well well a good cop and people say miracles don't happen. Unfortunately give it six weeks +at the most and he'll either be driven out of the force or he'll be just as bad as the rest of them.if theirs one thing the Cops can't stand (apart from people legally filming them) it's a good cop.

8:55 Sergeant: Assessment: 1) Hands in pockets while addressing a member of the public. 2) Uniform defaced with patch that many people find offensive. 3) Failed to identify correctly. 4) Looks slovenly with his shirt unbuttoned. Looks like he doesn't care. 5) Lied to a member of the public. He told Kev he isn't allowed to film through the barrier which is a lie. Result: FAIL!

I suspect the sergeant is beyond re-training . He was utterly shown up by the constable who acted professionally from the beginning . The sergeant was hostile from the outset .

I cant believe that anyone has tried to break into a police station in broad daylight! Does the Sargent(who is clearly a big bully) really believe that? The rookie was a pleasant surprise, his customer facing skills were professional and courteous, beyond his years actually. Brilliant interactions AY👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

To avoid breaking in, viewed the building floor plans in a planning application. At 1:19 room adjacent to the tinted windows is the ladies washroom so NO peaking through those high windows please. Also a planning application for the ballistics forensics building at the rear of the property.

Dear Pigs, It doesn’t matter that you ask nicely, when you’re trampling on a citizen’s rights. A citizen’s “right” is a legal entitlement that the State cannot take away, even though the police often ignore, are unaware of, or blatantly disregard the citizen’s entitlement. The only way to greatly reduce the frequency of police violating a citizen’s right, is to require the police to be legally, and financially, responsible for acts resulting in the violation of a citizen’s rights.

Classic example of a sergeant who feels his ego has to refuse any question from a citizen and be as obstructive as possible because he is in the company of a junior cop who is obviously fresh out of Police College. I’m sure there wouldn’t be as many coppers available to turn up so fast for a reported active burglary. Spot on younger copper I wonder if he’ll become more jaded before he gets to his seventh year in job. He must have received his letter accepting him permanently at two years in.
