i once played for a 3RD DIVISION club - ZICO STARS at Abuakwa, Kumasi. As a player cum Team Secretary, i was a bit influential. Made some significant observations - before my Banking Career with BARCLAYS (in Kumasi, then to the Head Office in Accra) literally curtailed my active participation in Football. ONE MAIN observation i gathered was that Ghana has so many MESSIs, Ronaldos, Yamals, etc etc ALL OVER THE ghetto soccer areas. So many, Family. So many. At Agona Swedru - as a little boy - I played against some guys who later played for the BLACK STARS. My point exactly? If we're do COME UP WITH A SYSTEM, not a particular coach - like SAM ARDAY's ALL GO, ALL COME (remember?)... a clear identifiable system, Ghana could scout and groom A LOT of 'unknown' talents. We could go very far. Really. It's not too late.

Do you listen to comment or you just feel like commenting. What he said is right. How can a coach travel to a player's residence to apologise to him for not calling him to the NT. Which better Coach does that?A coach should have authority to select players on merit and not by past glories. It is only in Ghana that a player refuse to player because his brother was ommited from NT. Otto Addo took some local payers to afcon and refuse to give them some minutes. Ask yourself why he took them there? Did he selected them himself or they were forced on him? Same traditional way of inviting players to the NT and you expect results. We can't support a coach who can't take a firm decision and with this the NT will continue move in circles
