Peanut butter cake in a mug recipe:
5 tablespoons of oat flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 cup of nondairy milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of maple syrup (add more to liking)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of jelly of your choice
mix dry ingredients first, then add wet. mix thoroughly and microwave for ~2.5 minutes :)
