the dalek from that episode i actually concider to be the special weapons dalek as it has a unique dalek gun in the form of a rotory dalek laser gun which kinda make sense for a dalek that technically was used to test experimental weapons being that itself was an experimental dalek so swaping out the weapon system on the SWD would probably be much easier plus ive always assumed dalek parts were modular and changed over time as technology improved.
