What you do is extremely inspirational, so please know that most of us watching are praying for your continued success as you are doing amazing work for this community of fashion lover and creatives. I am so happy to hear that will be hosting sewing lessons, as this is much needed for those who learn well in classroom environments. I attended a small fashion school in Miami, FL a few years back and it helped me grow so much with improving my sewing and pattern-making skills and building a healthy community. If you need a reference, please check out the Fashion Institute of Florida (formally known as the Fashion Institute of South Florida), as they have grown from a small space (similar to yours) to becoming an accredited fashion institute, and I can totally see this trajectory for you (and no, I do not work there or am I paid by them - but I am a former student, and love to see passionate people get their due diligence). I feel for you as I go through something similar where I have to let go of something close to my heart and lose money. I have cried a lot. It reminds me of a meme where Christ is kneeling before a little girl asking for her teddy bear...and she does not want to give it because she loves it so much....but behind Christ's back he has a much larger and greater teddy bear for her..as soon as she gives up the little teddy bear.
