To be honest before u ever showed who it was my first thought was Weston! I often wondered why he wasn’t helping out but at least now he’s back around his family and working too so it’s the best of both worlds!! I know DeJay is happy she’s got her 1st born baby around her more🥰!! This is a wonderful way to help him and help you too!! Congratulations Weston 🎉!! We have sure missed seeing u !!

Yeah, i guessed right off as well. He has always helped out when needed and he could, but I think Weston needed some time off on his own and out in the "real" world. He will need to learn all the animal names now 😂 Welcome back Weston!

I worked with my father in a business while I was in college. It was a basic rule, we did not discuss work at home or home at work. He was one of three people giving me directions about what to deliver to whom and which was highest priority. We managed to make work be a positive place where we got along. Unfortunately it took many more years before we got around to fixing our father son issues. So what I am saying is don’t goof up your relationship with the job. It is a great opportunity for Weston, and an excellent opportunity for your KZfaq channel. I just hope it doesn’t sour. ❤

My first job was working with my Mom n the hospital with her while I went to school at 14 yrs old. I worked with her for many yrs and she became my best friend and teacher. She was hands down the toughest boss I’ve ever had. When I became a boss I bought n my youngest son to work for me n the summers then full time after I bought my own business. The bond we have even after selling my business is fantastic.

My guess was right. That's great that you're able to keep it all close by, having Weston on with you. Weston, if you play your cards right, I'll bet you get a lot of home cooked meals too. Having trust in the help is huge. What a blessing for all. I'll bet Dusty will be happy to tap into that resource as well to augment things as needed. Glad to see the little duck is on the mend, been wondering about that one. Good luck with the hatching project Houston!! Looking forward to the results.

Daniel, when you said you hired someone, I think we all thought it would be Weston. I am happy that he is back with you guys. I know that you will always remember that he is your son and not always seen as a hired hand. Happy to see you again, Weston! I thought you did a good job publishing your videos. I am surprised, Daniel & Dejay, that you waited this long to hire some help. I thought you needed help a few months ago. Having 2 large properties, your Arms Clothing business, and all the work you put into your channels (people don't realize how much work producing videos for KZfaq is), Wes will fit right in perfectly! I’m kind of glad that Weston’s back home. Yeah I know boys like to go off and become something other than what their parents want them to be but he’s home and he’s gonna help and I like having my kids around. Yeah they can go to their own homes at night or go to their room but I like half of my kids around and I’m glad Weston’s and help out.❤❤

Nothings Better than having your family around and working for the business. One it teaches them about running a business and time management, plus a you can see what works and what doesn’t and have a vision on how you’d run one. I raised my two nephews and they are like my sons. The oldest is away, not far but far enough that I don’t see him often and I miss him so much. Glad you’ll have your son there helping you Daniel

Wishing The best of luck that Houston can hatch both the emu and Ostrich egg. I can tell he is so excited about doing both of them along with the other eggs. He may enjoy it so much he starts incubating eggs a lot more! Jason and Brook have a super nice incubator that can do all sizes. It reminds me of a small refrigerator. Good luck to Houston. And congratulations on Weston working for you and helping with the farm.

I had no idea emu eggs were so dark! Is it green? It looks green but ya never know on a video how the color changes. Great job to Lester for packaging them so well that only one cracked. ❤

I am so interested in what happens to the eggs this year. Those big eggs are something else. The ostrich egg yoke looks good. You may get success. Best wishes for a hatch. Weston is so handsome. It is so good to see Weston coming back. We all wait for kids to come back and sometimes it takes a while but if you did your job right they will come back and will want to be the man or woman you always hoped they would be. It is not about what you taught them but how you taught them. I think we should have many years ahead of Weston and Arms Family Homestead together. I wont be around when it happens but it would be nice to see the channel going from parents to kids someday.
