Like minds think alike!!! Excellent analysis!!! It was imminent for a change and a good change moving Bo Hardagree to the booth. Unfortunately, the Raiders didn't utilize the move earlier when McDaniels was let go. It's of my opinion that this staff, if kept together next year with AP officially named the coach, will be better prepared to compete for the right to qualify for the playoffs within their own division first. Providing that they address their achilles heel, the offensive line. Their is enough time to process tapes of the KC Chiefs, I expect an entirely different game approach for the Raiders. The coaching staff will have the team mentally prepared to compete for 60 minutes. Bo Hardagree will have a different perspective on how to exploit KC defense. I like my chances with AOC at the helm.

@@dietrickmcelveen5954the difference In the last 2 games on defense is the agressive play calling that will need to carry on over to KC. We might finally have the D Like set with Max and Koonce on the edges and on the inside now with Tyree and Tillery

​@carlososorio811 Tyree Wilson inside reminds me of Chris Jones (DT, KC Chiefs) in terms of his physical measurements. He needs to get stronger and be able to get off blocks from the interior linemen during the off-season. He's got potential to be a problem for other teams, especially within his division. Smart move made by Patrick Graham. The jury is still out on Tillery according to my observations.

Amik had his worst game in a long time but I don't want to get rid of him. He's been an extremely good outside corner most of the year. There's always room for improvement at the position, but I hope they can resign him to a reasonable deal.

@@tripp8833 his size is a concern , but to me it's not a deal breaker anymore. Darius Williams is also 5'8, and he was CB #2 for the rams when the won the SB. Pretty sure he starts for Jacksonville too. The consistency can be better. It will be important to see how he bounces back next week, because he's the only guy who even somewhat had a bad game lol
