Recipe
Yuzu-scented Japanese plum cola syrup
[Ingredients] For 4L bottle
Ume plum --- 1kg
1 kg glacial sugar
A Yuzu Marugoto Shibori --- 5 tablespoons

B ginger --- 30g
B cinnamon --- 2 sticks
B cardamom --- 5g
B clove --- 2g
B black pepper --- 2g
B star anise --- 1 piece
[Procedure]
Remove the lower part of the plums with a bamboo skewer and wash them thoroughly.
Wipe the plums with a cloth so that no water remains and freeze the plums tightly.
