Put fire under the metal bath may looks creative but even if you are short in money remember the entire deck is wood. The chances to get on fire are huge!! May be try to spend more time and money to set a heating system will be better.

Hope none of those pallets have methyl bromide in them. If any of those pallets were labeled with an M or B or both and they have methylbromide and they’re super super toxic and they release a VOCs throughout the life of the pallet so just being around them is toxic. If you don’t know what VOC stands for it’s volatile organic Content not good.

I never knew this. Tbh I've never heard of VOCs either. I see alot of ppl using pallets for everyday furniture from outdoor seating to double beds..... is this ' m and p' quite common in pallets??..... has now made me very very from making any furniture out of these!!....... does not sound healthy at all !! Thankyou for the truly helpful Insight..... knowledge really is power 😱🤔🙏

I ain't no carpenter but I would feel more comfortable with added support. Put a beam all-around the base of the platform near the tub. Or even an invisible base take tension off the pallets

У нас был случай. Привезла женщина ребенка в больницу ожоги попки. На вопрос как? ( живем в поселке) а да дело зимой было. Ну вот она ответила. Поставила таз на плиту то бишь печку и усадила в него ребенка и стала купать. Ребенок орет плачет говорит думала вода горячая щупаю нет теплая а когда подняла ребенка увидела из-за чего он кричал. А когда потрогала дно таза то оно было очень горячим. Вот было такое.

I have never seen a whole, clean pallet made from usable wood. Please tell me where you got yours. Especially if there were free. There are a lot of free pallets on YT but I've never seen them either. Tx.
