This is like behind-the-scenes for Willy Wonka or Honeyduke’s, it’s amazing! The enthusiasm these people have while talking about flavours is fantastic! As soon as you said the word fluff I instantly thought about peanut butter and fluff candy. My mom always used to make me peanut butter and fluff sandwiches for school when I was in elementary school and it brings back so many positive memories. for anyone wondering, the "Cream of Tartar" adds acidity to the candy as an "interfering agent" which inverts sucrose into fructose/glucose - this helps prevent crystallization of the sugar syrup. very common in hard candy, as well as in meringues and certain cakes. it's also the activating ingredient in baking powder, so you may use it and not even know it!

He did a 21 lb batch. The average hard candy weighs 6 grams. So there’s enough there for around 1500 pieces of candy. It’s not so much when you look at it like that.

I remember when max was brand new to all of this and didn’t have a clue what was going on. How he just kinda hang out in the background waiting until he was needed. To see him basically take charge and do all of this while you guys take a step back makes me feel like such a proud mom 😂

I think what’s best and most heartwarming about these videos and why they are so addictive to watch. Is the fact everyone is aloud and feel comfortable to just be themselves. Awkwardly true to themselves. It’s how families are. Well how they are supposed to be. Excepting each of you for who you are and loving you all the same. Awe, again makes me miss my family before my parents passed. Everything fell apart offer that. Anyway, thank you for the lovely videos

yeah I've ben following them for a couple years too... I watched this vid the day it came out and had no idea why they stopped making videos for a month until I saw comments on Craig's channel about a viral video triggering an avalanche of orders... then I came back here and saw the views. And omg lol that's quite the amount xD the comment section is overwhelmed with newbies, I'm glad for Hercules but I miss my cozy little candy gang. Hope the newcomers get a feel for the channel and the comment section comes back to its normal vibe next time
