Are you in Africa? Because I've applied for my passport and I'm trying to set in motion somewhere as to be financially able to get out of America. Anyway not saying black acres of Gambia are exaggerating about being on the continent. Plus , I watch their KZfaq channel , but I wonder if I just went over to the continent with only 1000 in American currency what would exactly happen if I wanted to get straight to learning how to survive in Africa and it's hard saving money over here in America . But I guess I got to figure it out because of the course this country is going in like with gutting affirmative action which was supposedly meant to give black born descendants of black slaves born in this country some kinds of protections from discrimination along with other civil rights laws that was supposedly set aside to give black people some protection rights leads me to wonder if they may take away rights for us to atleast get passports? So hopefully everything go ok and I get my passport I will definitely strive towards finding my way on the other side of the Atlantic ocean because it's getting that bad here.

Good morning from the UK which is not a great place to be. People who move to Ghana or other parts of Africa who are real like this couple, who highlight the money they left with, is making people like me, know I can leave the west with even 10000 pound in hand. Thank you guys so much just found out my water bill is 1000 pound per year, which is mad, gas electricity council tax mortgage, crazy pound we are paying per month. Am out.

These people are trying to tell me that I'm using 234 dollars a month in electricity I told him you got to be out of your mind. Then they just tacked on a water and sewer bill which it runs about $60 a month they are trying to kill us and before you know it they're not even going to allow us to live off-grid here in America there already stopping people from having wood burning stoves. Making all kinds of rules and regulations where you can't live off-grid here in America land of the free.😊. Thank you because they are never going to give us our preparations are making up all types of excuses not to pay what they owe us. Even if there were black people who owned slaves they had to buy their freedom and then they only did what they thought what was economically good for them was to purchase either their family members and other slaves. That's what they thought living was to have slaves to own slaves you were wealthy. But that still does not negate the fact that those people who owned slaves were slaves.

This family are so spot on. It is pretty unfortunate that Africans who get the opportunity to go to America are not able to tell those back home how life in America is a real struggle. Greetings Webnation Africa, great interview with my favorite Black Africas from the Diaspora. The BAG Family are spot on in their analysis of the situation in the US. Black Africans from the continental of Africa go to America because of the opportunity to make higher wages as the wages - cost of living on the continent of Africa are deplorable. Average Diasporans moving to the continent of Africa must have a financial life line to survive. The BAG Family, Queen Cynthia and King Rick doing great things in the Mighty BAG. “They Live” great movie and very informative, “It’s a Bugs Life” is another great movie. Lovely couple. They are correct. A lot of Continental Africans come to the USA and are doing work that's NOT in their league. I met Lawyers who are Taxi Drivers. Business Men who are Food preps. For every 10 Africans that leave the Continent, only 2 might be doing well, in the US or Western Europe. The other 8😢, not so much. Yet they still make the dangerous journey, in hopes to marry a local (the men more than the women), so they might have a better chance.

It’s the same in all countries that were colonisers, the diaspora are held down treated worse than any other peoples yet it’s the African stolen people that built the country plus it’s other stolen island in the Caribbean, many Diaspora are leaving Britain France Germany Holland and many more countries as being of African decent you just can not get ahead even to get a bank loan to open up a business if you are Asian particularly Indian Pakistani you get one easily, that’s why there are few African and diaspora that have businesses or even a house you can sell. Now it’s well past the time we should leave as war is on the horizon and the black people will get the worst affects of it as per usual you go to university get a degree in Physics/Math and still cannot get a decent job many Africans to come to Britain with degrees they don’t even recognise their degrees in this country. Born here or not if you are African or descendant or Diaspora you can not get ahead in politics University schooling. Leave if you can take your talents and use them in any part of Africa you choose you will benefit the people as well as yourself and family.blessings to you all.

True sister but what I think we as BA need to do is just find and area in Africa to buy ..We can do it because even in Africa we are sometimes not accepted...like a city where everyone will speak the common language and no one will call us bad names...we have doctors, lawyers, engineers, nurses and the list goes on ..we could really be comfortable as black Americans..The same way that we built America we could honest pull our resources together and really and truly have something of our own..IJS

They are not lying about you staying so busy with work and resolving debt that you can't think. I've been so busy with work and life in general I haven't been able to see my elderly friend in the nursing home for two weeks. Just last week a friend of my family nephew got shot and died while sleeping in his bed.

Another great family & Great interview. I ❤ following you all. So glad to see the young man interviewing you. They have an amazing story. Watching you as a couple, along with your children, working on the land. Your workers seem very helpful on the land. I enjoyed hearing your friend story recently, who visited you along with her brother, who talked about losing thousands of dollars. U are an awesome couple. I ❤ the look of your beautiful home. Keep bringing us your content. ❤❤❤

Everyone doesn't have that experience in America a lot of people don't have that experience in America, thats why people don't want to leave America. I have been very very blessed in America, without Utube and patreon cash app and people from America and Uk giving them money they wouldn't made it.. When you do an interview like this let the people know how a couple can obtain so much without jobs in Gambia . You got to generate money in Gambia to live and so many have Utube channels or selling products to the people of the west,so you need the people of the illusion to sustain your lifestyles in Gambia. I know there are people who receive ss or disability pension can make it in Africa, but it's all coming from the place you call the illusion. AND anytime you make 85,000 to 1000,000 yearly and only save 6.000 You are living beyond your means or can't handle money.l hope the land do become profitable and help people of the Gambia.Tell the whole story always.

Best comment. They truly are not telling the whole story. I have watched many videos on KZfaq about Black Americans moving to different countries in Africa. At first, it was videos like this that make it seem so easy. Over time I viewed more realistic videos that were honest about the pros and cons. They also were honest about finances.

@user-sx1yt3gf3b Not at all, everyone is allowed to voice and state how their life is here. Just like anyone else on the internet, everyone has their own story to tell. So my point is to say that I'm someone whose life was different. That is the point. That everyone should research so they can form their own opinion about how things are here or where ever. I'm happy for all of them. My husband and I build a home there. They are great people I've met The Bag family in 2021. I watched their videos and donate to their content all the time and I've been too blessed to hate on anyone. But I'm allowed to speak just like others are allowed to tell their story. I never understood how one could hate on anywho. When I showed my mom my message she even said she don't see how anyone can take the message in a wrong way. But again we are all different. Good day.

I have been to the west, including the great USA. I am an African by birth. I realized what this couple, these great parents, this wise couple, is saying very early. When I refused to take advantage of the "blessing of settling in the USA"I later lived and studied in Australia. But I came back. I ascribed my very "odd" decision to my personality, I have always been too aware, I refused christianity in my childhood, read a lot etc I am accused of not being ambitious enough, lazy in a way. I detected the pressure and the "rat race" almost immediately. I am impressed even more by their bright beautiful daughter, what an up bringing! I am sharing this immediately with my family especially my children, so that if they ever go to the west for any pursuit, education, exposure etc, they ought to have this wisdom at the back of their minds
