Hey friends! Well...WE MOVED! I am so excited to share this video with you today! This has been a huge change for our family and it hasn't been all sunshine and roses. However, we are finally home. We are beyond grateful and so happy to be here.

Love the little surprises of what you can find on the land. When we moved in we found out that we had wild raspberries and blueberries throughout our property! It was such a nice surprise!

The main reason I am drawn to you and your videos is your unwavering gratitude and perspective on life. I love that you appreciate the JOURNEY. As someone who also has had major house renovations and has lived in the simplest of ways, I completely agree that the beauty of life is appreciating where you are and not waiting to feel fulfilled or happy when projects are complete. I love your outlook. I feel that you are setting the best example for your family. I could not agree more that your family will love the moments of sleeping on the floor and being so close and creating a home together. This is such nostalgia for me. When my husband and I bought our first home we lived off a skillet for about 6 months and had plywood counters. We had to dump about $4,000 into our bathroom and take it down to the studs and joists. It was a new experience at 19 and 20! Lol so happy for your family and know you will make it so beautiful ❤

💗Can’t wait to see how u decorate😍! So very excited for u!!! 👏 I love being in the country! We have an old gas station right up the road w the old gas pumps that sales random things like fishing stuff, sodas, snacks, some grocery staples & also w a lil cafe in it that sales wonderful(& greasy )burgers🍔🍟!!!! we’re like 4 min from our town & 20 min from Hattiesburg (MS) or 35 min to laurel or Magee which are the “big” towns w walmart, shopping centers Etc. I love small towns & living here in the country! ☝🏻Except the chicken farm across the road… u NEVER get used to that smell 🤣 ugh! But the Mississippi fields & seeing the sun rise & set, children rolling down a hill in a tube… it’s life & happiness for us ! I’m so excited for y’all 💕🥰💗

What a beautiful place y’all are making! So happy for y’all! Love the fun surprise in the backyard! Isn’t God ahhmazing!!! A little story, I had always loved and wanted yellow rose bushes(I live in Texas😁)But I’m just not a good person for keeping things like plants and bushes alive. Well, a couple of years ago we sold our house and bought another one, and that in itself was a God story! Well, after living in our house a few months guess what popped up in my front yard that had been apparently planted years ago..YELLOW ROSE BUSHES!!! Boy did I cry!! It was such a great reminder of God’s love and how he knows what our desires are and He cares!!❤️😭

So true! we are building our house and I wash my clothes at the beauty Laundry place and my clothes are not clean ! But I washed my clothes in the old machines and all clean

Girl Yes! We lived in our basement, well! We lived in one room in our basement for a while while we were building our house. We had a make shift kitchen. We had a toilet in the bathroom and a that to bathe or kids. They were little. I cooked on a griddle and the grill outside. We lived so simple. I wish we could have stayed that way. I miss simple living.

You should get an air fryer! My family had to live in our garage during a house reno, and the air fryer was a life saver!!
