In fact I totally understand your point. We have a non-profit organisation which helps people not in the conventional way, but we employ people giving them jobs and they are liable to complete their work and assignments. Hence both missions accomplished.

I am a member of Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ) from the Philippines and our leader assigned us to give our donation for the people of Africa because of extreme luck of food there. We have projects there like farming and housing projects for the people of Africa. Beside from our different religions, we should always think the situation of others and try to help them. Because sharing, is caring! 😉💓

I donate for animal shelters. I personally feel that humans can work, beg, borrow , steal but animals cannot. They are neglected, abused, ignored, starved and they cannot do anything about it. Animals are truly dependent on humans for their survival. Id rather help animals in any way I can than help humans. me and my friends feed stray animals, treat injured and sick animals, foster animal babies till they are big enough to get adopted to loving homes. That is my kind of charity.

I actually agree with him,cause if you think about it,you see that on TV,a lot of millionaires used to be poor or homeless but they applied for jobs,tried many things to get money and they never gave up. So Im saying that plenty of homeless people stayed homeless because of the people helped them,they became lazy and dependant,so instead of giving them things,teach them how to get or save up for those things so they wouldn't be sitting on the sidewalk

Solution to poverty: 1. Free markets and economic freedom (deregulation) 2. Property rights (I own my property and can borrow against it without fear of it being stolen) 3. No corruption and strong institutions and contract enforcement 4. Rule of law 5. Free trade

Every year my school provides money for one charity for africa. That money goes into improving the schools so the children have a better future, not just some food that will leave them less hungry for one day, education on how to work well on farms to improve how much and how efficiently they produce the food. This is also a good way to provide something with charity in a good way. I saw one comment saying ‘teach them how to fish, instead of giving them fish’ (or something like that) what we do is kind of the same idea but then with farming

This is so true. Also when you donate to “third world countries” they mostly will go to the country’s army and or mercenaries. When the truck arrives the people with guns will take it because they can. The impoverished can’t fight back and so they are left with the meager leftovers.

My mum always send our old belongings once in a while (i think every year) and we get to see a video of kids and mothers finding clothes for their kids
