Listen this similar lose, lose, lose stuff happens to me all the time , maybe not at a $40K loss; but at $50 hands EASY. What I’ve learned and maybe it doesn’t do it every single time but 90% for sure is walk away from the machine. At least 15 minutes. Come back and almost instantly it goes right to the bonus. A BIG PAYOUT BONUS TOO. If you’re scared someone will grab the machine then sit there, time yourself, give it 15 minutes or so, LET THE MACHINE RESET, and it WILL go to the bonus. You guys could have WBG sit there while you go to a close machine and then go back to your old one. I’m not kidding. I’ve done some research and machines need a reset from time to time and 15 minutes help. I wanted to scream at you through my iPad but I knew it wasn’t live. Soooooo try it next time if you’re not winning for a long period of time and you’ll see...

This reminded me of the time I left the casino with my credit card max hit, my ATM max hit, and every dollar in my pocket gone. Luckily, I had my change in my car's console to get a coffee for the ride home at 2am.
