It's been a while since we poked our head in to see what you've been up to--new shop, new GF, new TRX and an actual powder coating oven you can walk into. Kudos for getting after it, Ryan. The Jeep turned out nice but yeah, those tires on a short wheelbase with some OE steering parts is going to need a it more TLC to get it to drive nice. Cheers!

By spraying over rust (even sanded down like you did) you’re just letting it rot underneath the paint. Oil undercoating would have been the way to go. Also, can we talk about the rust on the tailgate? Check out NHOU line if products. I do agree Ziebart is 🗑️ Maybe if you used a rust converter first before the chassis paint you’d have something going for you here but give it a year or two and that frame will look worse than it did before, especially in Ohio
