Ravs was trying to play Rythian’s GTA “stay in the back at first and let everyone else take each other out” strategy, but it doesn’t work so well when they don’t allow prox bombs on the go-kart track.

He demonstrated some great skills by maintaining speed through corners and made the most of his opportunities. He and Ped were the top drivers there!

From a technical standpoint Pedguin and Tom showed some excellent driving. Both were great at maintaining momentum through corners and that overtake by Tom was fabulous!

If this doesn't become a biannual thing, I'll be disappointed. Definitely need a Jingle Jam one, that way a bunch of out of office types can join in. Maybe have a tournament of sorts. Who knows. All I know is that this was so much fun to watch and I want to watch more of it. PS Ben's pose was the best

tom with some of the cleanest overtakes! poor ravs and briony - happened to me last time i went karting. when there's 20+ drivers and most are regulars, you just get bullied the entire race. slip up once and soon as you start moving you get shoved straight back into the barriers. deffo prefer racing with a small group of friends

Suspect his weight was slowing him down, I had it happen to me when I went karting well younger. The suspension isn't firm enough and if you weigh a bit more than average, it can make the frame of the kart drag on the ground a bit. Slows you down considerably

Track owners should've added weights for others so each go-kart's weight would be similar, guess they've omitted that step and poor Ravs paid for it :/

@@mikehab7453 Less the engines in my experience, it was more that the suspension was shit. My weight literally was making the frame of the cart drag on the ground slightly.. the extra friction meant the speed drastically reduced

I've loved the yogs for years but idk what they have against doing intros to explain who is who before things begin. The race for the wool is the same. You just get dropped in the middle and have to try and understand who is who as the event happens. It's so confusing and frustrating tbh. A 20 second spoken intro saying "in pink, dressed as peach there's martin, etc." Would fix it all

Finally a video with some of the people that I want to see in videos again like Tom, Harry and Lydia but aside from Harry who is only doing commentary we don't get hear them or see them do much. Would like to see them in TTT again.
