The Slaws are enjoying a late summer holiday in France in Helga their Hobby motorhome with Billy and Jessie, their Lhasa Apso dogs.
In this episode they pop their cherry 🍒 in their first night of France Passion!
Mrs Slaw is in heaven tasting a variety of champagne and Ratafia at the house of Porgeon et Fils.

Another Great vlog guys. We joined French Passion a few weeks ago in preparation for our trip in February. It looks like a wonderful way to work your way through France…..I do have to question how much you will actually remember once you get home though🤪🥂🍾 hehe

I popped my cherry last week in Bordeaux on the way to Spain. An elderly couple who spoke no English and my very limited old schoolboy French. 6 bottles of vin rouge and we were all happy and a quiet night’s sleep for me.

A great pick for a night of “passion” can’t beat a taste of champagne 🍾. Love the gift of the glasses I think they will come in useful. Nothing worse that a van full of mozzies and yes I do remember Tenko 😂 looking forward to the next one, best wishes H&M. 😊

We stayed on 2 winery aires one €5 and the other free both with ehu and water. We didn't know about French passion until another camper told us we will definitely be joining and visiting more on future visits. Another great vlog thank you 🥂

I am with you Mrs Slaw, cannot stand them damm mozzies. They bite me and I end up with swellings that are half the size of my hand! This year is the only year I havent been bothered by them, maybe they dont like the painkillers I am on....bonus! Loved the vlog.

Hi watched a lot of your videos noticed you have laminated map pages when touring France to make it easier than unfolding map of looking through Atlas pages Did you laminate them yourself or buy them we do a lot of touring in France in our Porsche we did Italy last year going to Northern Spain Basque Country this year driving from Portsmouth Caen ferry a few days driving down just wanted a easier map reading options Keep them coming 👍

Thanks Stephen, but we haven’t laminated any maps? That’s sacrilege to Mrs Slaw 😱 Paper all the way for us! Mrs Slaw reads a road atlas like a book. Poring over the pages and turning them with reverence. You may laugh; but it’s true 🤣 She highly recommends the AA Easy Read France Road Atlas 🚍☀️

@@TheSlawsAdventures thanks we have done 3 road trips in France 1 to Lake Coma last year we try to avoid toll roads because we prefer scenic routes but map reading in the car is a pain sat nav takes you all over the place so thanks for the tip Driving to San Sebastián this year July from Caen 7 nights at different locations in Basque Country then heading back going to stay just outside Saint Emillion for 4 nights we stop off to break journeys up 👍

Hi - sorry this question is not related to this trip although have enjoyed traveling with you again. When you went to Port Grimaud a few years ago & stayed right on the beach, were dogs allowed on the beach? Am looking to stay at same campsite but think it wouldn’t be fair to let our pooch look at the sea & not go in.

Hi, yes we did take the dogs on the beach, but only early morning and late at night as it was too hot in the day 🚍☀️

Thank you for another insightful vlog. France Passion on the list to investigate. It's really helpful when you add your campsite info and location on what three words. Thank you. However the W3W's reference above takes you to the middle of th Saudi Arabian desert! You need to lose the "s" from cookers 🏜🤣🤣
