What a nice looking gift bag! I have the envelope punch board and don't use it nearly enough... I tend to make my envelopes without it, forgetting I even own the thing. LOL I'll have to give making bags a try... without a punch board (because we are on a very tight budget these days) but using your instructions. Suggestion... to hold the ribbon in the holes without knotting, you could use a piece of cardstock. fold it over the ribbon and glue or tape to the ribbon, not the bag. That way the ribbon is still loose but it can't go back through the holes... and it's nice looking too.
