I swear I get more practice with my nutritional science degree on your guys’ videos than IRL (which honestly I don’t mind at all haha). But the reason you don’t feel full on eggs, is because eggs are mostly fat, so it takes a while for you to feel sated on eggs. With chipotle, you’re getting a lot more carbs than you did with just the eggs and bagel. The hierarchy of feeling full quickly (sated) goes 1. Sugars 2. Complex carbs 3. Fats 4. Proteins Having a healthy blend keeps you full for longer. The farther down that list you go, the longer you will feel full on that macronutrient. There’s a cool little chart you could probably Google to see it more clearly. Anyway, that’s your nutritional science lesson for the day, I’ll catch you later for the next one

I mix Tuna with shell noodles, mayo, peas, onion diced, Seasoning salt to taste, little cheese cubes optional. Last for a few days with a little more mayo added for creaminess. Always love the vibes.

Sugar rush troll retrigs are the absolute WORST, because typically the only time you get massive profit is on a retrig, at best last spin saves will be like a 1-3x but with a retrig you can get to 5-25x and even close to max win territory (I've gotten one on classic sugar rush 94% once but it was a $40 buy when i first started haha). Even worse are double retrig trolls, and usually they DO end up with some last spin saves that bring you near break even which is just even more disappointing bc it's basically just a waste of the very useful rare retrig.
