Totally agree about January, embrace it. Light candles, have lots of fairy lights on in the house. Add things to your life rather than take away. We could learn a lot from the Scandinavian countries 🥶😀

Sorry to be the POC police, but it would be SO nice to see more CONSISTENT diversity in the office & on the panel. Looking at BTS it's always evident how few people of colour actually work at the SL office & hold roles beyond 'assistant,' content coordinator', ' junior staff'. FYI this isn't going unnoticed & it happens too often at fashion & media companies; literally one of the reasons I started working from home & freelancing. Maybe something to work on for 2023 @sheerluxe?
