It’s honestly great to see you come back as your channel has been one of my favorite Marvel Snap KZfaq channels. I just lost my own father a month and a half ago. It’s been very difficult for me to process. I’ve only now stepped out of the denial phase. I’m sorry that you had lost your father and I’m even more sorry if that fact passed me by while watching your content. Either way, it’s great to see you back.

I also lost my father in 2022, a few months before my son was born. I also never dealt with it until it started seriously affecting my family life last year. It crushed me, but at the time I couldn’t let it affect me; I had too much going on for it to. I’m still working through it but much much better off now. My days are filled with work, my son, wife, and family with little time for much else. I wouldn’t change that for a thing right now either. I 100% get where you’re coming from. You don’t owe us anything. Take care of you and your family first. With all of that being said welcome back! I’ve always loved and appreciated your content and deck designs, which has always lead me to experimenting with fun, different, non-meta decks. Appreciate you and all you’ve done and hope you and your family are well!

The best use of gold now is the albums. Look for the ones with a spotlight key or 2000 tokens at 6 cards. And that there are at least 6 cards that are Rare (700 gold) in the album. At the shop, you get 2000 tokens and a variant every 10 cards purchased. Most albums are not worth filling after 6 cards.

Glad you could take a break and get perspective on life, and just as importantly to go through the process of grieving (I'm so sorry to hear about your dad...losing a parent really sucks). Your mental health, your relationship with your family, etc. are so important and I'm glad to hear that you've been able to refocus on those things. I went fishing today for the first time nice he passed away. Caught a limit of Trout. He would have been so happy for me.

If something doesn't bring your joy, you shouldn't force yourself to do it. If that means weekly uploads, monthly uploads, hell even an annual would make us happy. As long as it is making you happy. And if it's not serving you, then KZfaq will just have to do without you. I'm saying this a little to myself as well. The "keeping myself busy to not feel those feelings" resonates with me. my brother, to say that it’s good to see you back would be a massive understatement! I would always smile when those Dragon Heir ads would come on. life is too short and gets too hectic. to take a step back and gain your focus, clarity, and hopefully mental well being is such a necessary thing. family is so important, and it’s so easy to lose focus of that. so easy to fall into the repetitive nature of going through the motions and tunneling, especially to avoid confronting something else. anyway, I am glad things are finally looking up and I look forward to seeing content again!

It's good you have found your roots, reordered your priorities (more time wit family, less with grinding in games, etc.) and feel happy again. I would like to know your experience as some who has been out for months, not as a main video idea, just to understand what is it, especially being so hard core dedicated before this. Brother, I lost my mother at the literal very end of 2022 to suicide. It was the hardest event I’ve ever had to go through. The grief and self blame consumed everything. Thank you for sharing, no one is alone.

It's great to see you back. You did the right thing stepping away, and I applaud your approach to returning. I know what it's like to have a full-time job and family and try to also devote a lot of time to a passion that becomes another full-time job on top of it all. Snap is a lifestyle game that already requires a lot of time just to grind, let alone create content for, let alone try to grind across multiple accounts. I think you'll deliver great content with a single account, and not posting every day. I learned a lot about my own deck-building from you, and my experience now is to grind to infinite with what works and then I get to play with new off-meta builds and have fun experimenting, and it's been a lot more enjoyable for me. I hope you find the same and I look forward to your new brews.

A few years ago, when my daughter was born I took a similar break from life. trying to juggle so many things at once was really weighing on me. I quit my job and lived off of savings for two months. It took a huge financial toll, but it was the best decision I ever made. I made some great memories with my daughter and I’m glad that you were able to do the same! Glad to have you back.

When I first started Marvel Snap 2 weeks ago I stumbled upon your playing for 30 days video.
