I agree on the sauna but you need to have an ice bath area look into the health benefits of ice baths . Looks great enjoy the new house when it's done !

Once a month, but filming “everything” is what I’d prefer. Then just cut down, so that more progress happens in a video, but we don’t miss things :)

It depends mate. Probably on how much progress the builders make. You could always film a fair chunk of it over the month and edit two episodes out of it to see how it looks? It's a great project. The house is gonna be amazing, so I'm interested in seeing the progress.
