Good luck with house hunting. we have been looking into he area as well. There are so many cure houses it's hard to choose. I haven't watched in a while and the kids have gotten so big. They are adorable. and now I'm off to change light bulbs and air filters. thanks for the reminder. Lol adulting is definitely annoying.

Good luck on your search guys. Getting those keys after closing feels awesome! If I may, look into a home warranty. It's basically matienance for your home. $60 a month for piece of mind in case something breaks down. (and it has)

Whatever you do, don't get a policy from Total Protect/Cross Country. They will waste your time and eventually screw you when it's time to replace anything major.

Don't wait until your lease is up to start the process. You should start NOW! You never know what little things will come up to extend the process. We just bought our first house last year!

My family loves Zillow! We moved to Las Vegas 2 years ago and we used Zillow as our main way of searching for houses! I recommend It to anyone looking for a house!

That Greek festival brought me right back to when I was a kid. I'm Greek and my sisters and I used to take Greek dance lessons and dance in festivals exactly like that all the time and it was always so much fun!

That's the only thing about renting you may have to constantly keep moving to find a place you really love. But buying a house is even better because it yours. Thanks for sharing this video you have a wonderful family love watching.

KC is the best for food! I was there in August and went to a food festival called the Ethnic Enrichment Festival! it was fantastic! Highly recommend for next year! That Baklava Sundae was there too!
