I've been here since dirty princess bun tutorial. So happy for you!! Praying for a safe baby and safe mom. My biggest advice is to be flexible and give yourself lots of grace during the transition!

The paci clips are surprisingly necessary!! Any untethered paci gets lost around here. And yay for the baby wrap, you’re going to love it! They’re my absolute favorite thing during the newborn days 🥰

You and grant are going to be amazing parents. Little Miss baby is already so blessed... From a momma of three you will never be fully prepared. Just enjoy every minute, the to do list can wait. 😊. The stress of trying to get everything ready will all disappear on your special day. Because what you thought was so important won't seem to matter when your holding her.

Hello Leighann! I truly hope and pray you and your family and baby Lucy are doing well. I came here to see if I can get some sort of update on how you are. There are many of us who have been following you here on YT that either don't have IG or don't check it often enough to really get any meaningful updates. Would it be possible to put together a compilation video from your stories and IG posts to catch up the YT only crowd? We love you, are praying for you, and would love to know how things are going. You don't have to be on camera if you don't want. But any sort of update here would be really helpful and SUPER appreciated! Much love, hugs, and kisses to you! 🥰

I looked through Instagram and basically her baby was in the hospital and in and out of the NICU for a month after being born, had a feeding tube for a few months, had been to constant doctors and therapy appointments, and most recently (posted yesterday) went through three weeks of "intensive physical therapy." She doesn't say specifically what the baby's medical issues are, she says she hasn't felt ready to talk about what the specific health struggles with her baby are (on Instagram or KZfaq,) but plans to make a KZfaq video about it when she feels ready.

I don't do IG, so I am leaving a comment here that you will never see bc you be super busy right now. But I miss seeing you and its for the most awesome reason in the world... motherhood! Yay Leighann and Lucy! But do you still pop your jaw when you go to Galvy where you saved all your receipts? Remember to wear an old pair of tennies when you go wrap a house in case of mud patches! HA! Just a blast from your past bc its like visiting you while you are busy doing other things.

AHHH! CANT WAIT TO SEE HER! Also, cracking up over how your Virgo baby is going to check the closet, first thing 🤣. AND, definitely not being paranoid with the delta variant going around. I know many more vaccinated people who have come down with it-not seriously sick thankfully,, but not something you want to deal with when pregnant and having a baby.

Grant being the hero we need installing shelves. I highly HIGHLY recommend wearing your baby with a sling/ wrap. It is so convenient! Best thing. Its cheap and its easy. Going to miss you while youre on maternity leave, but take that break, take care of yourself and Miss Baby. Eatin those cookies! Sending prayers on a safe and healthy labor and delivery. We had the same due date and I did IVF. My lil girl came 2 weeks early. I went back to work on Monday (teacher) and i ended up having contractions while working and ended up having her Tuesday early morning!

That giant Fisher Price swing is a MUST! It saved my sanity through 3 kids. Currently, on my third baby and, it’s the only thing he’ll sleep in during during the day. Otherwise, he has to sleep in my arms, and this mama’s got things to do. 🤪 He hates his bassinet, car seat, and most other things. So yes, it takes up so much room, but it’s worth it! Sending you all the good delivery vibes. Have enjoyed watching your journey. 💖

Grant with the safety pins is most definitely “man of the year” material. I’m so excited for y’all and I can’t wait to meet Miss Baby! Prayers for safe delivery and homecoming as well as rest, peace, and joy upon her arrival-you guys are going to be the best parents ever. Love y’all!💕

The baby swing is so important. My babies loved it. I would was able to put the baby down for a second to cook, eat, pee or sit and catch my breath for two seconds.

My oldest daughter would only sleep in her swing or car seat. So our swing was our favorite thing!! My youngest loved the swing too but wouldn’t sleep quite as long. One thing, if the swing is battery operated, try to get an ac adapter. Especially if miss baby likes the swing. Hope you all have a safe and happy delivery.

Praying for smooth labor/delivery...It's been so fun to share in this journey with u'all💕 You all have done an AMAZING job preparing for little miss💕 You're as ready as you can be for the MOST AWESOME adventure 2 people can go on!!! Lol....I can't help but giggle alittle, thinking back to 31+yrs ago when we had our babies...let's just say, we were NO WAY (ALOT of unexpected things happened) prepared for our precious bundle of JOY, but wouldn't change it for the world!! We were a family and we had EACH OTHER and LOVE everything else eventually worked itself out...and here we are 32 years years later, still in love and continuin our journey as "empty nesters" lovin on our 3 Grandbabies 💜💙💚 God Bless and don't fret, we will be here when you're ready to return.

I had that type of baby swing for my daughter when she was a baby, and she basically LIVED in it. BEST baby furniture ever! You’ll love it 😍

All 3 of our kids loved that swing. It's awesome how it can recline and switch directions. When they were newborns we wouldn't actually turn it on because they were so tiny it felt like even the lowest setting was too fast. 😅 We would just nudge it every now and then and it would do its thing much slower. You will do awesome, Mama (& Dad)! My first labor and delivery, I allowed myself to feel awkward/sheepish about asking for things and advocating for myself and my baby... so that's my 1 piece of advice to give to a 1st time mom. Post-partum recovery is an eye-opening experience the first go-round. Try to take it easy and lean on your support system in and out of the hospital. 4th trimester is a real thing! ❤️🥳🎀👶🍼

Love you guys, praying for you all!!❤ So much love. Lucy is loved. Life can be so hard sometimes...coming from a multi-chronically ill person that knows the struggles of at least personally being a medical mystery for periods of time and waiting and waiting on labs and tests and answers. But, w/ a little one and for my parents, I can only imagine the pain. Hugs!

Quick idea for your laundry room. I have the LG washer and dryers and also got the pedestal stands for each of them. They are a large drawer system that each washer and dryer sits in. It brings the height of the washer and dryer up and gives you more storage options! LG should have the pedestal stands that match your particular washer and dryer models.
