Years ago I had a friend, a community hair stylist, who I became close to. She did my hair and my daughters. I remember telling her about my partner and finding text messages and social media pages where he was talking to other women. She said to me “don’t make a big deal out of it. If he needs it let him have it’. She told me her husband chatted with other women and she allowed it because he seemed calmer and happier when he chatted with women. Now in 2023 they are divorced due to infidelity. Where there is smoke there is fire.

In the second story, not negating her trauma, but when she calls to ask for large sums of money for support, i want him to say "no honey, however i can support you emotionally". Cmon , shes probably still grieving the death pf her grandma, and dont like that the new wife has come in and helped set new boundaries. That young lady sounds like she was getting a bit unruly. Now i respectfully dont know the details of her assault and i pray she gets the healing she needs. I wish it was acknowledged that she is also put of control and needs to simmer down a bit because that man loves her.
