Hey Ming Yue! So I’m listening to this podcast while I’m working 😂 but as someone who’s also very into being with people to do physical activities, I recommend trying bouldering. Currently residing in Canada, so as someone Malaysian I’m used to being with people and doing things with people. But now being in such an individualistic environment it’s not possible to do everything together with someone. But I really like bouldering because of it really uses joints and muscles you never thought you have and you can be creative with the way you do it too. Like it’s hard at the start but this year I started going bouldering by myself starting and very low levels (cos I suck) but it feels rewarding cos you’re completing the walls by yourself and a big mental game for me in a way. I have to tell myself consistently it’s my journey and it’s ok if everyone does a higher level and have better techniques. I’m there doing it that’s all that matters. I’ve failed a lot but I realize it’s ok if people are looking at me atleast I’m putting in the effort and I’m there working the muscles I’ve never worked. Hopefully you’ll end up trying it 🌝
