Self Revives are pretty underwhelming in warzone huh. They should really do something about that, like give the player some extra defense while using it, maybe automatically have it go off the moment someone is downed, or shorten the amount of time it takes to get the Revive completed.

It's called a "record scratch". It's the sound made when plate rcords, (Such as LP or vinyl records), scrape against the needle that translates the grooves into sounds. When laser readers, (like the ones used in CDs) and digital recordings came along, this sound has become less common :)
