Thanks for sharing... I'm moving in Dubai in 10 days and have been weighing up between JLT & JVC. Would you consider doing a separate video on what made you choose JVC & pros/cons as I was a bit worried JVC would be too far out. Thank you!!

One question : have you travelled before to check the areas or you move directly? Where are you staying meanwhile you rent ? I was thinking to travel before 7 days and check the areas ! But idk if its wasted money… what do u think? Thanks !

@@neverlookback7039 hey yes definitely check the areas out first if you can. I have lived in uae for 5 years so we knew the area and a couple of friends lived there

I think it depends what area you want to move to! We were totally overwhelmed with all the real estate agency we just looks on property finder

I hope you guys didn't offer on the Binghatti apartment because even though they look new and nice, the quality is absolutely dismal! I mean come on, the developer sells these apartments for at least 250K less than what an average developer sells in the area. They are cutting corners somewhere 👀

Where did you end up staying Mabel? I live in Dubai and I’ve been property hunting for 3 months and I felt like JVC was so dull to live in as it was too quiet for my liking. Been living in the marina for 3 years not sure where to look anymore as Dubai is so tiny and so bloody expensive now 😂

We’re in JVC! I lived in marina for 3 years. It’s definitely quieter than marina and a totally different experience. I think if you’re new to Dubai you’ll get fomo so probably marina better for you but the cost is much higher ofc
