In the scene where Gedo is telling Gojo in the elevator, "I've been wanting to say this for a while,but you should stop being so full of yourself." and "You should be more polite and humble." what he says in Japanese is different from what is shown in the translated subtitles. In the actual scene, Gedo is suggesting to Gojyo that he should change the first person from "ore" to "boku" (because it would be less intimidating). This is a story about a unique Japanese expression that is difficult for non-Japanese speakers to understand, so I think the content was changed in the translation. In response to Gedo's words, the future Gojo changed the first person to "boku" and changed his tone of voice to a gentler one. (Since there are many words in Japanese that mean the same thing but are phrased differently, he has chosen to use more polite words.) To avoid intimidating the students, Gojo follows the advice of his best friend.

Just some additional info/clarifications: JJK season 1 takes place in 2018, JJK 0 the movie is mostly in 2017, and the Gojo flashback is in 2006, so about 12 years from our current timeline. Megumi's sister isn't dead, just comatose. You're right that his dad was described by Megumi essentially as a deadbeat who named him a girl's name when he born and then abandoned him. That reference that Gojo was talking about with Tengen as becoming Skullgreymon was a Digimon reference, lol Nanami is indeed a year younger than Gojo, so he'll be a first year this season. I think the fact that he's younger but seems so much more mature (and also worn down by the world/his career) is kind of the charm of his character. I guess just a small distinction as well, Geto tames curses (think Pokemon trainer) so they're still "curses" under his control, not technically shikigami, which are kind of unique to a person's technique. Megumi's 10 shadows technique only includes specific 10 shikigami, whereas Geto can in theory consume and control any and all curses he encounters, so thousands upon thousands.

Did Ange rewatch the previous seasons...? He remembers almost all of their names and correctly guessed their past selves even the nurse, i didn't realise that was the nurse in season 1. Anyway mad respect Ange...

Rivals AOT in terms of writing and characters for me.

Your attention to detail, memory of difference things and everything is amazing, it shows passion for show and I love it. We all do, most people dont even recognize any character other than Gojo and "hey isnt that the dude working with spirits what was his name ?". Things like remembering Shoko is out of question, also some dont even react to "fushiguro" being mentioned

just some info for you guys: the first 5 episodes will be about gojo and geto's past and the other 18 will be the shibuya incident arc back in the present with yuji and the others. both arcs are great this season. another thing, you guys are like the second rection channel that re-watched JJK and said they enjoyed it much more while re-watching it which i find pretty interesting. i enjoyed watching JJK a lot on first watch but there are a lot of details that can go unnocited but by re-watching we can definitely appreciate certain things and characters more for sure.

First, Nanami is a year younger than Gojo and he appeared in op and ed with other characters. The rest of ss2 is the Shibuya crash arc, the most evaluated and anticipated arc. Finally, Tengen-sama was mentioned in the exchange arc of the two schools and explained by Geto in episode 21.
