"Why is this flashlight bent?", Its a old military design, and from what I recall off the top of my head the bent shape is pretty practical as its more comfortable to hold for long spans of time since you don't have to twist your wrist at an odd angle constantly to keep it straight ahead. Also that design was originally meant to be able to clip on to a soldier's webbing harness near the shoulder and could be used as a fairly stable makeshift shoulder lamp thus keeping both hands free to hold a weapon.

A little info on how that map works. Pay attention to small details… your voice does more than you think. Speaking words you see written around the house will trigger hidden rooms or events. Some things happen that you may have overlooked that are also pretty cool. This game is better if you pay closer attention to your surroundings.

Fun fact for the game, It picks up your voice no matter if you push the button to talk or not. The voice chat is just for your friends to hear you. Love this game!
