I love that the visuals in S1 hint at so many things that come in the later two seasons. Like the broccoli, the broccoli entity with the shape of Psycho Helmet, the shredded up story pages, the tomato plant that grows quickly, the destroyed city, the flying car, visuals that hint at the fight with Scar's boss, the world made by Keiji Mogami, the yokai hunt that turned into mushroom gathering, and the space ships with the aliens the crew meet in S3. And there are probably more. It feels like OP 1 is just the animators reading the manga and then drawing everything they remember. Or some mental exercise where you see/hear something and draw things you associate with it. I showed this series to my dad and I remember him asking why there are broccoli in the openings and I told him they are spoilers. He didn't believe me. XD

mob psycho's openings are really some of the best out there, hands down 🙌

OP 2 is easily my fav outta the 3. All 3 are superb, i just love the chorus part in 2 so much

I love all the OPs but the 3rd one takes the first spot for me. It just gives a nostalgic feeling while it's the last season of the anime. And the last sequence was a nice touch to Reigen and Mob's relationship.. they have grown so much.

I love that your videos have opening covers it's absolutely sick. My favorite Mob opening is the final one, but they're all bangers. And the songs were made by a band called Mob Choir, which is comprised of actual people who worked on the show

That final opening is so good, literally gets me crying from time to time while watching the series because of that last scene in the opening. The series is so so so so good. My number one anime, maybe tied with or closely followed by full metal.

The Mob Psycho 100 Openings are all incredible! From start to finish, the anime adaptation of Mob was near-perfect!

You should check the endings too

mob psycho has some of the most iconic openings in anime! the visuals go crazy, but it's also amazing how many things they reference, with op 1 spoiling so much manga material without context that manga readers were having a stroke. and the songs go hard!!

I love that in the first opening you see the psychic power go to Mobs heart, then it explodes, then the explosion turns into broccoli, the broccoli turns into dimple, dimple turns into the takoyaki, then Reigan eats the takoyaki. These are events that don't start happening until the final episode of season 2.

All the 3 op are my fav and I listen to them on a daily basis they are all special and the seen in the third op at the end made me cry I didn’t realise how much I loved this series until then 💔

Openings are usually big part of animé experience. They are not always spoilery and I find that its quite a bummer that you guys avoid them like they were the plague.

The choir in those songs, behind the singer? That's the animation staff. Producers and animators. They really went overboard on this one.

Mob has the best anime openings I think. I liked 3rd one the most, then 1 and 2. The visuals are incredible on all of them.

I think Teru's wig is a hint of his poor fashion sense (which shows up in season 3). He probably unironically thought his wig was cool.

Very beautiful how the first OP is "99", counting up to Mob exploding at 100, and then the last one being "1 and only 1". We can see that as Mob being at peace with his power, now staying at 1 and only 1. And 99 and 1 making the full 100(% Mob) together.

Not once a bad opening or ending, Mob Choir is class!!! And they all make sense when you watched the whole show. “if everyone is not special, maybe you can be what you want to be”, "Your life is your own" "Get ready, wake your psyche up Mob!" And the last one: One and only one! As if they completed the whole 99% to 100%

You were so close, but it seems like you missed this. The broccoli that was in the season 1 OP was a bit of an easter egg for manga readers, since the broccoli doesn't appear until the very end of season 2.

Opening for me is always 2, 3, 1. Maybe cus I never skipped the opening when I watched this weekly, making the openings impacted me more like intended. It's been so long to listen to opening 1 too, maybe that's why it's my very least favorite.
