I love how you guys create such interesting back stories. It’s due to this I would love to see a “Thalmor Arcane Ranger” no armor just bound bow. Alteration for ebony skin and destruction only for the runes. Some kind of play on that with your ability to tell a story.

While I still want to see more pure vanilla builds (I still occasionally play on the Switch, so even Creation Club content isn't an option, let alone mods), I definitely want to see you guys continue to explore Anniversary Edition's potential for custom builds. How about a unique take on the Divine Crusader: Most builds that utilize that creation focus on the main heavy set, but the light "Reforged" variant is attractive in its own right; maybe use it in tandem with a crossbow or Auriel's Bow for a ranger-type character. And I'd still like to see your take on an "Elder Argonian" character that goes for a mesoamerican-style asthenic. And yes, I'd very much like to see you guys tackle Fallout at some point down the (lonesome) road. I get focusing on Skyrim, but FO4 builds would be very much welcome too.

HELLO SKYPOTHESIS! I wanted to share the experience I'm having with the character you guys created, the Ghost of Atmora! (I posted this originally in the comment section of that video). Warning: long text. Man, I have to say: this is probably THE perfect Skyrim build, both as regards to story as in regard to gameplay. First of all he fits perfectly into the role of Dragonborn, the Avatar of Shor, prepared by Fate to carry out his mission. It makes sense for him to be a neutral good character since it wouldn't make any sense for the avatar of a god to be a lunatic, evil butcher or thief etc (that is one of my biggest problems with evil characters, as why the hell would, for example, the greybeards initiate and treat with all respect a vampire lord or a cannibal) nor for him, contrary lawful good characters, to care for the vanity of worldly things such as honor, glory, or blind allegiance to princes or groups, and definitely not for the vain knowledge and almost power hunger that we can see being indulged in by most mages, even the good ones. It also can be said that everything about his roleplay feeds perfectly into how the game is played: being an outdoorsman, it would make sense that the Dragonborn would spend so much time traveling through the wilds and climbing mountains (as we all do so often in all our playthroughs); being an alchemist, it would make sense why the Dragonborn would pick all sorts of random ingredients wherever he goes; being a child of Destiny, and having such a strong connection to the will of the gods, not to mention piety, it would make sense that he does not only have immense power, as it is common at the end of playthroughs, but also a sort of sixth sense (which when roleplaying I equate as my knowledge as a experienced player to know where to go, what to do etc); it would also make sense, given his temperament, that he would be so silent, and when speaking, using very few words, something also honed in his training with the greybeards; finally it would also make all the sense, given his understanding of his Destiny, that he would be always certain that, whatever the end result, he would fulfill it successfully, as we player always are when we begin a new game. Finally, this is probably the PERFECT build gameplay wise. First of all, archery, despite being difficult at the beginning, becomes insanely powerful late game, and the use of the Frost Atronachs to tank all the damage provides for a perfect combo, and makes it up for the weak defense. On top of all of that, alchemy is the most overpowered skill in the game and can compensate for the lacking of any other skill; for example, on my playthrough with this character I'm now at level 45, and despite having only one perk in smithing I could upgrade the forsworn bow to legendary using only overpowered potions (having alchemy at 100) and some enchanted gear that I enchanted with the help of fortify enchanting potions also. In any case, the fact that the use of potions and poisons can almost double your damage output, weaken enemies to your most effective abilities, paralyze them etc is simply insane. It is also awesome how, especially on higher difficulties, it makes you carefully plan your battles and strategy, and to make use of every resource, especially potions and poisons, you have. Roleplaying wise, I understand all of this peripheral skills (smithing, enchanting, some spells here and there for healing and such) as things the Dragonborn inevitably learned along his journey, but not things he could rely on or was willing to specialise in. Sneaking was one thing I upgrades a bit, because it saved my life many times playing on legendary difficulty (I had to rely on that on the thalmor embassy, and also on paralysis poisons); on the roleplay I imagined that that was a skill he had to learn a bit of while hunting in the wilderness. Despite that, Alchemy was easily leveled to 100, while I got there with Archery surprisingly quickly as well (enemies being such sponges in legendary) but also with the help of the 6 levels given by Angi to ease the grind (I reckon the Dragonborn would be very good friends with her by the way, loving to spend time in her cabin at the mountains, as well as with the greybeards and with the Skaal sister tribe he met in Solstheim); conjuration is the only skill still lacking, because despite always using the atronachs in combat, it levels slowly and training gets pretty expensive at higher levels, and unfortunately I still can't summon two ice spirits at once. Until now, the only questline I completed was the main one for Dragonborn DLC, being the most connected with the Skaal and therefore the most urgent (not to mention that on Survival Mode you've got to be very careful, plan ahead and optimize the most possible your travels), and the only thing that really annoyed me was the fact that you're somewhat forced to cooperate with Herma-Mora in that one; the lack of option made it difficult to roleplay. Another thing that makes me sad is that apparently there is no way of destroying the Dark Brotherhood without murdering Grelod. Other than that, it is all perfect. I don't know if the Ghost of Atmora would marry at all, but seeing nothing wrong with it I decided to wed Morwen from the Skaal, and live in their tribe at least temporarily (unfortunately there is no cabin in the woods or mountains available as a player home). I've only discovered this and started playing it a few weeks ago, and since the beginning I'm doing it in Survival Mode, and oh man does it enhance the experience, especially with this character. The fact that you can't fast travel was a great part in me getting to a level so high despite having accomplished so little in the game overall; manually traveling to places will never fail to get you some encounters with evil beings and dragons for you to destroy, which helps leveling a lot. Now I'm thinking about training smithing to 100 (occasionally, not grinding) in order to get the aesthetically acceptable dragonbone bow (despite already having a powerful enchanted forsworn bow), and then setting it to legendary to get the perks back and to not abuse for other purposes a skill he shouldn't have; overall, I think this character can easily reach around level 55 given the skills I still have to upgrade (Conjuration and Light Armor). To finish it off, I must say that this character is just too good for any other to top. The story, being what I care for the most, fits almost perfectly, with no holes, with the overall plot of the game. It sounds like an authentic piece of Mythology. That, to me, along with the overall build, makes this the best character I've ever played in Skyrim and the best possible in my opinion. If you read until here, I thank you for sharing in my story, and big thanks to Skypothesis for providing it! edit: I also suggest the Lover Stone for early game, and the Lord Stone for late game for him!

My favorite builds so far from yall and tried them out to some extent 1. Witchkiller 2. Desert wind Pugilist 3. Redoran Master Swordsman Can't wait to see what you guys cook up next, AE or not. I typically use DnD for inspiration but can't find a build that feels like an artificer type without full mods Edit: it is impossible to rank the builds since my playstyle is always a mix of these 3 start as a witch killer then go to swordmaster and finish as a god pugilist end game

A Coldharbour couple! 😁I really love seeing the characters just inhabit that world, even with something like this, and of course hearing from you guys. While it wouldn't be a significant change, I think the Sentinel could take the Demented Elytra Nymph, as a Daedric connection that goes pretty well with her own aesthetic and can give a damage buff.

Even though I only play ultra modded (too many, so many mods), I always come back to your builds for inspiration. So creative and interesting. I appreciate the effort put into this video but I feel as if there is so much more stuff for the Stylite Storm. For example, new daetric artifacts to keep locked away like umbra and goldbrand. Fishing for alchemical ingredients. And for just role play as like down time and meditation. Quest like the mythic dawn or saints and seducers for the role play of the “Authority on Magical Threats”. And I think it will just be very cool to explore Sheogorath realm. NEW SPELLS LIKE UNBOUND STORMS, works great for the Tank special move. Also the new home Mrywatch or the Farm. Great for farming ingredients and making money. All of these are great additions to the Stylite Storm. Oh and thank you for all of the effort you but into builds, especially as a ps4 player with the limited modding capabilities.

Make enamel pins! I would LOVE one for my battle jacket! And please make more New Vegas Builds! The NCR Insurgent was brilliant and honestly I think New Vegas lends itself more to the build format than even Skyrim, considering all the impactful choices you can make with regards to factions and other characters, and the in-depth leveling of skills and perks. Fallout 4 definitely lacks in that area since they completely removed skills, and as much as I enjoyed that game, I would much rather look forward to New Vegas content than FO4, simply because F:NV has so much more potential for customizable story telling. I'm sure yall will do great things in the future and I can't wait to see this channel grow. I truly feel this channel will become a big one, the quality is just phenomenal.

21:34. I absolutely love Rare Curios for any alchemist/wizard character but I'd absolutely not recommend basing a build around them! Most of the ingredients are from Morrowind and Oblivion, the rationale being they're being transported from very far away. They also allow for potions to be crafted that you can't make using vanilla ingredients (e.g., spell absorption, light). I'm also excited for Starfield! We've never had a science-fiction Bethesda-style sandbox RPG (unless you count Fallout) and I suspect a lot of my favorite channels (you included!) are going to be Starfield focused for awhile once it's released. Happy belated New Year's to you both and heres to seeing what 2022 brings our way-Cheers!

The best part is the roleplaying. That was a game changer on builds! Amazing shit. Have been playing that penitus oculatus build (with personal changes in roleplay) and was amazing. Its like playing a tabletop rpg, even small dungeons seems like cg gaming scenes in my head, amazing shit. Still trying to make some male ninja/shadow warrior but only the nightingale hood gives that aesthetic vibe (without mods), which is a shame, any ideas? (Trying to game some durzo blint/azoth character for those who like 'way of shadows') Edit. if anybody is interest, I've combine guild master's and nightingale hoods with blades armor and gauntlet, it gave some the ninja vibe i was looking for. The blades gauntlet is amazing for first person as well. Bet its gonna look even cooler with cloaks but i've no mods for this
